Been with sprint for years never had any problems until i went to this store in Lindenhurst. They rob peoples hard earned money with out them even knowing. Would not want what happened to me happen to anyone. They should close this store down . Have a claim against this store with consumers affair. The manager that was working there is no longer working there i wonder why??? Dont get involved with this store. There are so many other carries.

Everything I was promised in the store was a lie. The plan I was supposed to get and the promotions on the phone were never applied and I ended up having to pay a huge cell phone bill. I went to see the rep 6 tmes and called Customer Service and no one would come through on the promises. Worst experience of my life, I will never recommend Sprint to anyone.

This store doesnt deserve any stars at all from me. Every single promotion they told me about was a lie. Then once I called Sprints customer they Said there is nothing could do even though this store had promotion signs and flyers everywhere. Besides sprints reception is very poor

Definitely this place is a rip off! They lied to my wife replacing her plan much higher with a lot of hiding fees. Stay away from this store. Im making a claim to consumers affairs.
