This store employees are careless and on the cell phone. The manager is always hiding in the back somewhere. The acting manager, Grace is abusive and has a bad tongue. Ive posted her poor customer service video on You Tube and Twitter. She trash talked customer at the store. I am a small business owner and will never hire people like her. Wonder why Staples hired an ill mannered person like her. She doesnt know ABC of customer service. Shame on Staples to have an employee like her.

Horrible, never has anything, went there for a desk calendar, doesnt have it, printer ink, doesnt have it. Printer ink cartridge rebate, never came. Went on line, members suppose to get free shipping. Item didnt qualify, even though they didnt have it in the store. Looks like the are going to follow in Pathmark and Waldbaums footsteps. They are going to I DONT GIVE A F--K THEMSELVES OUT OF BUSINESS and I dont care. They used to be good,

Whenever I go there for something specific that shows up as "In Stock" on their website, they never actually have it in stock. Today I went there for a Staples brand pen that comes in a pack of 50... they had it in their computer as being 55 in stock, though they couldnt find it... like they dont assign bin numbers to any items in their system, its just... "if we have it, its around here somewhere!" Very unorganized.
