Overall terrible service at this Staples. I was there just recently. The cashier was inattentive and when I asked a question he did not respond and I had to ask him again, He had s poor attitude and seemed to not care about customers. I then needed to fax a document. The attendant at the copy services counter directed me to wait in line for customer self fax. I had problems with the machine feed and with the fax terminating due to a staples line transmission problem, Also to note there was a fax machine behind the counter that was available to the staples attendant that she could have helped me with. But she chose not to; unacceptably poor customer service.

4/22/16: All 4 copy machines are out of order again. This is the worst copy center on Long Island. All 4 copy machines were out of order today. 10/25/16: They installed 3 new copy machines one month ago. All 3 are out of order today!
