Within ten days I had experience with two separate P.C. RICHARDS stores, as I had two major appliances break. First my refrigerator-freezer quit. It needed parts which had to be ordered. PC Richards repair took care of that. PC Richards in West Babylon, Gerard - the Manager set me up with a new loaner small refrigerator delivered and set up free. The best. Then, a few days later, with the cold and damp, rainy weather my clothes dryer goes. Shopping in Deer Park, I stop at the PC Richards store there. The sales person, MARK 684, was the best. He was helpful with every step of the sale. While I am waiting for delivery, I cant help but think that employees like MARK 684 and GERARD are what make P. C. Richards the best appliance store on Long Island. I need to correct this review... The salesman, Mark, in Deer Park did what he had to to make the sale....each week he said the machine would be in Thursday and I could have delivery on Friday. Each week I cancelled other appointments and into the third week when I called the Deer Park store I was told if I didnt want to wait I could cancel. I went to the Babylon store to see if they could possibly help me to find out when they would be able to deliver. I would say dont shop Deer Park store.

DO NOT USE THEM FOR COMPUTER REPAIRS! Worst system and technicians I have ever dealt with. They ship your broken tech to a werehouse with 0 communication ability so you wont know the status on your equipment until the "repair" is complete and no one in store is on the same page with information. Brought a laptop in for a broken keyboard and when it was finished they returned the laptop to me after I paid with the keyboard STILL broken along with the clips snapped off my battery which wasnt an issue prior to leaving my laptop with them. Brought it back to them and they ordered a new battery for free and promised my keyboard would be looked at again and fixed this time around and I get my laptop back to find they did a full factory reset and so EVERYTHING on my computer was lost. And guess what? The keyboard isnt working. Still. Basically paid them to damage my equipment and delete my data with the issue I brought it in for never being addressed. Dont listen to their policy that they "fix anything they sell" because that is clearly not true. Id never tell anyone to trust their property with them, their repair werehouse is apparently run by people who have never seen a computer in their life!

My name is David I own Diamond Dave contracting . As a contractor witha nice touch of OCD .....I worry about a lot of things. My appliance delivery was at the top of the list. I knew that getting everything all the way up to the third-floor would be very challenging and there was only one way... everything over the banisters all the way up !! I cant thank PC Richards enough for sending me their A-Team . I know a lot about moving furniture and these men were absolutely excellent ,everything went up without a scratch!! I would also like to take this time to thank David Blatt for his continued help (8 years). From his time on 86 street to his present job he has and will always be my " go to guy ". Whether its something for me or my family or a house full of appliances TVs and electronics for my clients,David Blatt is the only one I choose to deal with . I just had the most awesome experience with Sheldon and Edwin. L was looking to purchase a refrigerator and they were so knowledgeable and patient. I was acting like a kid in a candy store and they took the time to explain all the features of my choices. After negotiating a good price, not only was the refrigerator sold, I was too. Both Sheldon and Edwin should be commended for their service to customers and P.C. Richards should be proud to have them as employees. They are indeed an asset to your company. When I left the store, I was on such a high that I immediately called some family members and friends to sing the good praises of your two employees -- Sheldon and Edwin. You bet, I will be back soon with family members and friends in tow to purchase other needed items.

Im not sure if there are some written or unwritten laws about who can leave a review for who on google but..........I am an employee for this company and I have been for the last 18 years and I truly love my job. I can not imagine a better place to be everyday . I get to work for the most caring giving family owned business in Tristate area and alongside some of the most intelligent and talented coworkers all while helping some of the coolest savviest shoppers in the nation fill their homes with cutting edge technology. Although my boss is surely way to busy to reading google reviews I do believe everyone else should know at least how this employee feels about their job and Company thank you for taking the time to read this I hope it doesnt violate any Google T.O.S.

I am a customer for many years !! I have never had a bad experience. I purchased a Digital SLR camera and was having trouble getting the camera to connect to my smart device. I let a bit of time go before returning to the store. I was immediately greeted by Phil who assessed the issue and immediately replaced my camera. He not only replaced it, he assisted me with getting my camera to connect to my iPhone smart device, something I was struggling with previously. He was extremely courteous and kind and very willing to help. Nobody can EVER compete with the PC Richard customer service or competitive pricing of ALL of their merchandise. We will never use any other appliance retailer for our needs. This is a BIG thumbs up...

I want to start by saying that this particular PC Richard store in Commack Road is the best store in the tri state area. We like it so much that myself and my family come all the way from Manhattan to shop in this store. Out of all the sales people that Ive dealt with in this store, Scott Gillman is the best of the best. All the sale people and the managers are very professional and friendly, but in my personal experience, Scott is the real winner. i AM DIFFERENT TYPE OF PERSON. i LIKE THINGS STRAIGHT TO THE POINT AND NO GAMES. I went to this store and spoke to Mark. The guy is a non-no-sense kind of guy. If you want someone to baby sit you, he is not the guy. If you want someone to make deal, go to him. He will give you the best price he can the first time. Do not waste your time with other people that want to play cat and mouse. When it comes to Mark, he will give you the best deal he can the first time. I will recommend him 1000 times. I drive from Westchester to Deer Park and will continue to do it with no complaints. The deals are that good and Mark is that great.
