My iPhone was having issues charging and when it did connect and charge it was only up to 4%. I tired using different chargers thinking that may be the issue and not my phone but that didnt work either. I took my phone to AT&T where I waited for over a half an hour to speak with someone regarding my issue. The first salesperson that I spoke with told me that it sounded like a software issue and to contact tech support - this confused me because I thought that was what I was doing by going to AT&T. The second salesperson that helped me took what looked like a paper clip stuck it into the charger hole on my phone moved it around and said "yup, its broken". I was told my only options were to purchase a new phone which cost over $600 or send it in to get a replacement and pay $100 after insurance. A friend told me to try Mobile Resuce before I did anything and I figure what did I have to lose at this point. I brought my phone to the Mobile Resuce in Southbury the next day and described the problem to the associate who was very friendly and helpful. He explained to me that he could not guarantee but would try his best to fix the issue and it would cost half of what my insurance amount would be to AT&T. Sure enough my phone was fixed and back to me within 2 days and I have not had any issues since. The Mobile Rescue staff is very knowledgeable and friendly but most importantly honest. The are not trying to scam you and will truly tell you the truth if your item is even worth trying to fix. I would highly recommend you take your phones and laptops here before you discard them for a newer more expensive item.

I cracked the screen on my Samsung Galaxy S6 and brought it to Verizon in Southbury, I did not have insurance so they recommended Mobile Rescue which was conveniently located in the same plaza. The technician was extremely knowledgeable and honest about my best options. They were able to fix my phone within a couple hours at a reasonable price. My experience was great, thanks to Mobile Rescue i spent fraction of what a new phone would have cost me. Definitely recommend visiting Mobile Rescue before buying a new phone!!

This place offers the help you need if you have an issue with your phone. They are great! I thought my iPhone 6 was probably a total loss due to some pretty serious water damage. But Mobile Rescue came through and were able to get my phone back to working condition. They are very knowledgeable, reasonably priced and honest. Bruce, the manager, was extremely helpful. Dropped off a 7+ with a cracked screen, otherwise working perfectly. The phone didnt work after the screen was replaced. The tech took the phone to the iPhone store, got it fixed including replacing the screen and I paid only his original fee for cracked screen repair. Couldnt be happier with the service. Outstanding!!!

I decided to give this place a try when my iphone 6+ screen cracked since the wait for the Apple store is always ridiculous. The technician who was working was very polite and informative. I am very pleased with my new screen and cant tell the difference - its like brand new!
