Bad service! This is the store i originally picked for my holiday banner order but was called and told they did not have paper and referred me to Waterbury. It is now day 5 and I am still waiting! Waterbury was worse because they have incompetent workers who do not know how to use the equipment and told me they would fix and deliver to my business. Twice they made this promise and still waiting! Watertown is non responsive and made me come in to store for refund when they could have done easily did without me there. I will not do business with Staples again and have lost business due to their incompetency!

My wife bought a laptop and brought it home. They never gave us a password to get into it. When we called the store we were told all the techs went home. We called the next day and were told we need to bring it in and they will put us in line and wont be able to look at our problem for a day. The person would not listen to what our problems was. We took the computer back in and only after we asked to return it, they finally were able to get us the password so we can use the computer. We cancelled the service contract we had purchased since we now what their service is like.

Kathy our register person was awesome, Kyle the tech that walked by was an absolute jerk. We said hello to him and he disregarded our party. When Kathy asked him if he knew we we talking to him he said yes and then slammed the office door behind him.. Hint to management this employee is a canidate for a promotion to customer.

I walked in about 2 months ago, and was looking for the correct printer ink for my Brother printer and was totally lost about it. Kyle showed me a list of Brother printers and we went through them visually until I found the correct one and the ink to go with it. He was super helpful and I left the store very satisfied.
