David took his time to walk me through brands of televisions and find the one that best accommodated my needs. From the check out process, to the delivery and installation, in short, it was worth it! The delivery/installation men came in very politely and gave me time to see exactly where I wanted to mount the tv on the wall. After, they cleaned up as if they werent even here. I would highly recommend P.C. Richard & Son in Bay Shore. Their staff was really helpful and not pushy to buy unnecessary items, unlike some other stores salesmen! They made it a comfortable and easy process. I will definitely be back in the future.

My experience at PC Richards in Bay Shore was amazing! I came today to buy appliances for my whole entire home. I purchased a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, stove, washer and dryer. The staff and customer service was Exceptional and my sales representive Julio S was extremely helpful. He literally held my hand and walked me through the whole process. He didnt rush me or force me to make any decisions I didnt want help with. The manager Brian was also very helpful and reassured me that I am making the right decision! I highly recommend sales representive Julio S from Bay shore PC Richards!

I was in a few weeks ago, and with no surprise the customer service was incredible. My wife and I have shopped at P.C. for everything from computers, air-conditioning, and too all of our appliances. We were helped by not only an extremely knowledge person, but one who was personal and took the time to make you comfortable. Tito Soto has been my sales man from his days in Patchogue and Ive been with him since. We travel from Medford to Bayshore just to deal with him. We ALWAYS go to PC Richards for all our appliance and electronic needs. The staff is knowledgeable and always pleasant. Brian Hoare is an excellent manager and our go to guy for all our needs. The store (Bayshore) is always neat, clean and set up so everything is easy to find. Prices are hard to beat, and most times there is an interest free program going on. The delivery is always as promised. The delivery staff and installers are professional and do a great job. Great store, great staff, win win.....

I recently visited this location to purchase my XBox One game system and was helped by Mr.Jackson (He said I can call him Big George) he was awesome a excellent example of someone who knows how to deal with people. He showed me all my options and even made sure I picked up a new subscription for my live account. Been a PC Richard customer for almost 10 years. Ive had the pleasure to deal with Tito and Brian for most of that. Anytime I walk in the store im greeted with a smile and a handshake. Every appliance and TV in my home has been purchased from PC. Nothing but the best service and prices. I dont say this often about most places but ive consistantly had the best experience before, during, and after every sale. I refer all my family and friends and they do they same. Every time I go into the P.C. Richards & Sons in Bay Shore, I have an amazing experience. Last night was much of the same!!!! My original salesperson no longer works there but when I called him he made sure to point me in the right the direction to the guys that would best take care of me. I recently went to pc richards in bayshore, NY to pick up a new air conditioner after the one I had stopped working. Upon entering the store I was greeted and helped out right away.
