***Be aware of sleazy sales tactics*** Visited the store today 6/7/16 for a iPhone upgrade. Unfortunately, I walked out of the store feeling like I was just at a buy here pay here used car lot. The salesman I had was very energetic and made himself to be an honest guy but I must have caught him in a handful of lies. I simply wanted to walk in, get a new iPhone and walk out within 30 minutes top. I ended up being there for over an hour due to all of the miscommunication caused from the lies the salesman was trying to give me. At one point a manager intervened on our conversation because he overheard me calling the sales guy out on a few lies and the manager tried to smooth it over but was too late. The sales reps will say anything to increase their sale . They make nothing off of a device sale so they push accessories like a phone case, charger, etc. In my case, it was a phone charger and when I told the sales rep that I did not want it, his attitude towards me changed. I know sales is a extremely tough job, but I do not believe anyone should have been treated the way I was today. LONG STORY SHORT: If you decide to visit this Verizon store, keep in mind the sales reps make most of their commission off of accessory sales (35% to be exact). Dont fall for their sneaky tactics to buy any, if even a small part of you thinks that you dont need it. Remember, there is always Amazon that will give you way more options for much less money.

I just moved to Tampa a little over a year ago and this was the location I found was the best! Until a few weeks ago. Verizon has been my carrier for 16 years. I have to say my visit a few weeks ago was the worst out of those 16 years. I had the droid razor maxx for 5 months before it completely froze up and a new one was shipped to me. I stopped in and spoke to the gentleman at the door (dont know his name but he is always friendly and helpful) about my issues with the new phone but I didnt have much time.He said that someone would surley be able to help me with that. I stopped in the following day to ask for some help and Roxannes answer to all my questions was "thats a tech question".We cant help you with that, you need to call a tech...I left extremely frustrated! The next day I went to a location in Clearwater and all my questions were answered. I was so thankful for Jason and that location! I can assure you thats where I will be doing business! I have to say I agree with ^^Domingo^^ Roxanne customer service, customer care is NOT your forte!

This has been my default Verizon store for 7 years. The Verizon business model has changed a lot since then. Now the Verizon in store agent app lets you make your store purchase on your phone. As far as showrooms go the merchandising could be better. But the enthusiasm of the staff does make up for the corporate lay out. With my new plan fixed, so to speak, I may not to even visit the next time. They dont stock all the models in the store so when I went I got my Samsung S6 Edge Plus Black 64 gb it came by FedEx. But they also manage FIOS there so stll a reason to visit from time to time. No matter what you will receive a prompt greeting and get great sales service. Please for the love of mankind do not go with customer service concerns. Call VZ customer service to get connected to folks with freedom to act to route your concern. Dont ruin the party for the rest of us trying to make a purchase of passion for +$800.00.

i went in their to warrnty my phone no one wanted to help me all they wanted was, to sell a new phone as soon is they new my problem they wanted nothing to do to me... their insurance they provide. that is tact on to your monthly charge is a, third party company thats employees arent very help full at all and they had to send me a diffrent color phone because they didnt carry that style color of my broken galaxy s3 so i had to settle for what they had not what i had insured threw them.....very bad expirence and roxanne in south tampa you suck you suck .........white galaxy s3

Not very good customer service. Went in trying to get an upgrade, had a scanned copy of my passport, my job ID with my picture on it, my online account with my stats, and was even recognized as having been a previous customer by an employee that was present, but because none of those things were hard copies of a government issued ID nothing could be done. Well they dont have to worry about recognizing me again, because I ont be going back there for my Verizon needs.

I went on Black Friday, and despite being very busy, my father and I were seen relatively quickly and easily. New plan was explained in a very confusing manner and didnt match up with what was in the advertising. What was explained was much better, but it was very confusing to have to be explained a half dozen times and it not match what was in print. Took pretty much 90 minutes to buy a new phone and get it transferred over to my account. Friendly, helpful staff.

Long waits, procedures to follow instead of simply helping/answering questions. The usual Verizon experience. Then, when it didnt work, told to call for service. Verizon service is closed at 11pm - so when you leave the Verizon store at 9pm and head home to try out things you were told would work - and they dont - well, youre not activating your phone at night. Most expensive network, not 24 your service.

i really don,t like verizon any more after 6 month with they the never fix my problems and i spent several time talked with the costumer service every body say something different but at the end you pay for they,re mistakes you need to pay money because they don,t know how do they work. But the manager in this specific store is really professional and nice, she fixed my problem a litter bed .

The worst customer service Ive ever experienced. They messed up everything and we had to go in 3 times. We left with a phone that didnt even work after they assured us it would work after a couple hours. We returned phone cases and he didnt do the return until after we left for 6 hours because he forgot so my husband went in there for the 4th time to make sure it got returned. Ridiculous

This is a true Verizon store, a corporate store I think they call them. Not just a retail re-seller. These guys help me out of some of the quirkiest jams with me electronics and always manage to turn my aggravation around to something positive, usually with some cool new device that will keep me occupied for weeks to come. Love shopping here.

I recently had water damage to my phone so came to this store to receive tech support. The staff was incredibly friendly and helped to ensure that I could get a phone replacement as quickly as possible. Not to mention, they helped me change my monthly bill in order to save money and get more data. WONDERFUL and PATIENT STAFF!!!!
