I walked in to the store and found that the lady that supposed to be working in the store, was 3 Doors Down. I asked her one question and without even looking at my phone she had informed me that my phone is not able to be backed up with my information nor is it possible to do a master reset on my phone. This place is a joke seems like they spend more time at the barbershop or at the computer store next door then they do inside their own store. I wish I can get paid like that. She didnt even look at my phone I even know that it can be backed up she didnt care......
