I am livid! I went into this store on black Friday (2015) because I needed to upgrade my phone. A young guy named Adam was helping me. Well, Adam talked me into not using my upgrade, because he said "we are running a black Friday promotion on the Galaxy s6 Edge. ADAM said the promotion was those the s6edge to be periods at 200 dollars, but only on that day. That was amazing! Anyone would have room that! So I did. He told me that I could pay 10 per month, but he had to have my debit card in order to go ahead with the monthly payments. I have him my debit card, and to make along story short, he LIED! not only are they charging my debit card 10 every month (actually they didnt Charge me for the first two months, and then on the third month decided to take all at once for the months they didnt take out... Which put me in overdraft with my bank because Im not filthy rich and dont have tons of money to keep in the bank)., but they were also charging me for the monthly payments on my bill. Bit wait! The monthly payments on my bill were not 10 dollars per month as Adam said, but they were 34 dollars per month.....guess why..... After speaking with a customer service rep after all this, I find out its this much per month because my phone was NOT 200 dollars like Adam said, but it was Ober 800 dollars! And since its past the 14 day return period, I am stuck having to pay for a phone I cannot afford, ands and would NOT have bought if ADAM had told me the truth. Thanks a lot ADAM! And thanks a lot VERIZON for allowing your employees to flat out lie to your customers. By the way, I way, I didnt misunderstand Adam on the price. I asked three or four times (to the point where he was getting annoyed because I couldnt believe they had such a great deal on this phone ) "so this phone, the S6 Edge is 200 dollars? At 10 per month? Coming from my debit card?" And every time I asked he assured me this was the price. At least next time I will remember to keep, and pay CLOSE attention to the paper work! I wish I could take this phone, and you know what, up ADAMS you know what! Is

It has been 11-months now and I still have not been paid in full with credits or the voucher credit cards that was promised by Adam. I traded in 4 relatively new phones on June 9, 2016 and started service with Verizon. Adam said we would be paid in full what was owed on the phones from T-mobile which was close to $2,400 plus other credits for just signing up with Verizon. To make a long story short Adam kept my phones for the longest time, left the Powdersville store to go to the Clemson store, and finally sent them into Verizon warehouse in November. I only received the credit for what the phones were worth instead of what was owed. I did everything I was asked to do from Adam including giving him original bills from T-mobile which stated the balances owed on each phone. Now I have been dealing with the new manager Shane who has promised the refund credit of around $1,300 since February 2017. Three more months later I still have not received the credit refund due. Now I talked to Shane again today and he said that the district manager has promised the credit by next week some how. So at this point I have to wait again. It might just be an entire year before I finally get credited whats due. All of this started by an incompetent worker named Adam who just couldnt do his job.

Ripe off.. total ripe off store, and its not corporate store. Me and my friends and family will never be going back to this store again. They lie a lot, and there are wholesome of hidden charges after they talk you into upgrade. They are very rude and have cold attitude towards their cisomers. I wish I would have checked online review before going in. And just to let people know that it is a private owned which is not good, coz private owned store have their own charges to fill their own pockets.. please go to verizon corporate store to get way better deals. Save urself from this kind of stores and people.. thank you

Service isnt horrible, but depending on your sales associate they may be less informed than you would expect from a Verizon employee. Also, this isnt Verizon but a third-party contractor meaning I have better luck getting problems resolved by calling Verizon directly.

i will never go back there again. the Rep. lied several times to me. added things to my bill and then told me it didnt cost nothing till i got the bill and saw it did. then try to charge me to take off something they pushed on me as free.

This store is a waste of time if youre looking to get a new phone. They have extremely limited demo devices and they dont participate in the same deals that most stores do.
