Contracted this business to replace my broken Galaxy S3 screen. Dropped the phone off at 4pm and was told it would be ready in a couple hours and they would call when ready. Waited 4 and half hours before calling and was told it was just being finished and that I could head over to get it. Twice as long as quoted is not a good start. Got there and the woman retrieved the phone from the back and turned it on. (Why is was not turned on already to be tested I have no clue.) The phone booted and it appeared to be working. I noticed then that they had used aftermarket parts. I was told when I dropped it off that they use OEM parts. Walked outside to my car and was going to repair the phone to my car only to find out that the touch screen was not functioning. Took it back inside and was told they would start working on it as soon as they got to the office in the morning and would call when ready. I asked why it wasnt tested before telling me it was ready to be picked up and the girl just stared at me. At noon I still had not received a call so I called them. Was told they didnt have the screen in stock but it was ordered and they would have it ready once the part came in. (The s3 is one of the most popular phones out there how can they not have it in stock?) I left work at 5 still having not received a call from them so I decided to stop by. Turns out the phone had been done for a couple hours and no one had bothered to call. The new screen they installed was still aftermarket but it functioned. As the girl is showing me the phone is working she is trying to sell me more stuff. Bottom line is that this place uses knock-off parts, shady sales tactics, horrible customer service and poor work. Use at your own risk. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB.

These people asked me to post a review, so here it goes.....BAD SERVICE REPAIR.. THEYRE CROOKS!!! ........STAY AWAY FROM THEM.....THEY HAVE NO INTEGRITY... I came in with a broken GLASS and LCD screen and they told I would have to replace the entire assembly which would cost $159.00+ Tax and that they only used OEM-Original Samsung parts, since I had contacted several different cell phone fix shops in the area and they all said the same thing that I needed to replace the LCD with the glass, I was okay going forward with repairs. I felt a little uneasy that they also charged the money upfront, but I paid it anyways, my only mistake was that I was in a hurry and i didnt research their reviews on yelp or google for their workmanship and INTEGRITY. LONG STORY SHORT- They used an OLD USED GLASS with SCRATCHES for my cell after I PAID for a NEW one, who knows if the LCD was old and used as well, but I cant confirm that, since is not visible. Furthermore they did a terrible job with the glass installation, was not flushed to the frame of the phone, plus GOO coming out of side walls of the phone. When I came in to complain the next day about it, they said, I should have said something the night before when I picked it up cause they said it was possible that all the scratches on the glass came from the cell phone being inside my pocket, which it wasnt. I only had the phone for less than 24 hours, I couldnt bring it any sooner due to work schedule, BAD SERVICE OVERALL.

SELLING STOLEN PHONES About 2 months ago I bought a "brand new" Samsung Note3 from here. Only to find out this evening that my phone was a stolen phone and thus my service was terminated. when I spoke with my carrier there was nothing they could do to reactivate my account. They informed me that the phone I bought from Cell Fix was a stolen phone and thus, they are not able to establish service on a stolen device. When I spoke with the Manager Tony at Cell Fix he confirmed that this was indeed a used phone. In addition he tried to convince me that I knew I was paying $535.00 for a used phone. There is absolutely NO WAY I could ever be persuaded to purchase a used phone for $535.00. Then he tells me that I can bring the phone back and in a few house they can change out the mother board in the phone. When I got to the store, they replaced the phone. But at this point who knows what I really got. For the hassle and inconvenience Ive experienced and encountered because of this issue of having a stolen phone, they could careless. Please take this as a warning, you are not getting a new phone at this Cell Fix store. All phones at this store are used, stolen and or refurbished. Then they rip you off and scam you by telling you that you are getting a new phone. This is how i found out that the used phone they sold to me was a stolen phone.

Took my phone in to have the glass repaired at noon. I was told it would take a couple of hours to complete. 4 hours later I called them and was told that it wouldnt be ready till 6:30-7. At 6 I received a call saying it wouldnt be done till 7:30. I show up to the store at 7:30 and was told that it still wasnt ready and that they took the phone off-site and it was actually being repaired at another location. So, I had to drive 20 minutes to another store location to check the status of my phone. Finally another store later & 8:30pm I was finally able to pick up my phone. The quality of work was also poor, I now have a green line through my lcd that wasnt there before. The store is total amateur hour- terrible management and little to no confidence in their ability to actually fix a phone, and awful customer service. Youd think by their attitude you dont have alternative locations to take your phone. Do yourself a favor and check the reviews of other reputable places in the area and take your business elsewhere.

Very nice, when i dropped off and picked up my phone, only reason why you got that second star. But they said they would call when it was done, looked at my receipt, it says if phone is left for more than 14 days they get to keep it. It had been 12 days and i called and they said yea its ready. Good thing i looked at the receipt. Also talked with another repair company. They said the fix would have been $250, not the $400 i paid for it. Only to have the screen not working right and when i took it back was told it was something i did to it and it would be another $400 to fix. I went to someone else to look at it, they said the problem with my screen now is there was glass or a chip left behind from previous damage and it made it a soft pressure point. Not me keying my screen as i was told by cell fix. He showed me how to tell the difference betweem the two. So now i am out another $250 to fix there mistake. Beware!
