GOTTA READ UNTIL THE END TO UNDERSTAND. I cant believe I did business with this establishment again after the first time I was verbally abused here- but, I did and it was an awful experience. I purchased an iPhone from this company and 4 days later the screen went black. I brought the phone back thinking no big deal its only been 4 days. Surly enough I was wrong I was spoken to aggressively and belittled as a human by the disrespectful representative I will NEVER DO BUSINESS THERE AGAIN nor would I recommend anyone to do business here. 7:09 pm 03/07/2017 Then the rep had the nerve to call me and argue with me about my review and really was trying to go back and fourth with me about it l. Sounds a lot like harassment Ill have my lawyers take a look into this. 7:23 pm 03/07/2017 I received a call from someone claiming to be a manager and he too wanted to argue about why I wrong such a horrid review, defending his tenured employee stating that it must be me that has the problem and because I wont be satisfied either way that the company refuses to fix my phone that I purchased from them! I was a little baffled by the call because initially he sound like he cared about his customers satisfaction, until I started telling him how rude his employee was. Thats when he became enraged and begin to tell me how wrong I was. This is the second call where I was being harassed and over talked and just plan out disrespected. 03/08/17 After having the two conversations with Saber and Tony yesterday. I had planned on picking up a phone that was still broken. To my surprise once I arrived my phone was fixed and I received an apology, once discussing it over with Saber we both agreed it was just a misconception on what we both expected from one another. I immediately called Tony to thank him for his services. My phone is fixed and thats what was important

I have had a terrible experience with this business this business so far. They are unprofessional, unreliable, they might be good techs but they dont know anything about customer service. I dropped off my phone on May 24 to get the screen fixed. About 2 weeks later I call them because no one had called me yet. I was told they hadnt received the part. Then, every 10 to 14 days I would call because they would NEVER call me. By the end of June I am finally told that they had received a defective part and ordered a new one and waiting for it. You would think they would call me to let me know... And then again I would call every 10 to 14 days to get an update... Every time the person on the phone sounded annoyed and would tell me the same thing with a less than fiendly tone "well the part comes from China so it takes time. I will call you when the phone is ready." Today, July 31 I talked with them again and was told that I was already told the part had to be reordered several times because it came defective everytime, but that was a big lie since I was told it was reordered only once! After insisting on getting details I am told that they could reorder the part today (does it mean they just received a defective screen? Who knows, there is 0% transparency with them!) but it would take 22 more days, or I could get a refund instead

My Galaxy S5 received a new charging port. Before I submitted my phone, they denied requiring to replace the screen. I know they had to replace it because small cracks that were there before were not there when I received my phone. Before I submitted my phone, I had special glass installed, so they must have removed it and replaced the screen without telling me. I turned the phone in on Saturday. I received it back Saturday evening. I realized that the task manager button did not work. So, I took it back on Sunday. The cell phone technician does not work on Sundays, so I left it there overnight. They told me it would be ready by 4 PM on Monday. I arrived at 4:30, and they told me to return at 6:00. The task manager button still does not work! They refused a refund and said they could not help. They accept no liability for their actions. The functionality, timeliness, poor servicing, and poor customer rapport made me unsatisfied with this store.

We found this place online, hoping it will be a great place to fix our phone. Well was I wrong!! First of all there is some type of deposit and it cost a total of 300.00 to get the screen and LCD fixed only for a month later (after the warranty of course) for it to stop working again. The camera nor does the LCD screen work anymore. I am so upset!! I wasted my money. I feel like they are way over priced and not trustworthy. They also told us to come back by 5pm that day or the next day, and we did not get the phone until 3 days later because it was a friday evening!!! I will never go there again. I am so upset that I lost 300.00 I should have just went with our insurance it would have been less hassle.

I shattered my iPhone 5 screen and was not looking to spend too much money to get it fixed since I was eligible for an upgrade with Sprint and was thinking about just getting a new phone. I walked into Cellfix, and Saber, who helped me, was able to work with me to give me a great deal in the price range that I was looking for on not only my repair, but also on a new case. He fixed my phone in about 10 minutes. I was planning on being there much longer, but since it wasnt super busy it was quick! Overall, I was very impressed with the efficiency, quality, and excellent customer service that I received. I would definitely recommend Cellfix for anyone needing a cell phone repair of this nature!!

I was quoted a couple of hours on screen replacement, also a price of $70 for the replacement and service. When I arrived to drop it off the rep asked how much I was quoted, I told him and was then charged $85. Expecting I would receive a phone call in a few hours, I never received one. I went up an hour before they closed, 6 hours after dropping it off. Still was not ready. The way I see it, they are unprofessional and should not set deadlines or quotes they are unable to fulfill. *the owner contacted me and explained that the store was under staffed and offered in store credit to rectify my dissatisfaction. I will adjust my rating due to the fact they did a good job on the repair.

It isnt often these days that you walk into a store (that you never did any business with previously) and they are friendly and generous with their time and expertise --- and dont charge you a service fee! That is what I received! My charging cord for my iPad broke off inside the charging port and I was told by the Apple people that they would be charging me for the repair ($199) or if unrepairable, I would have to buy another iPad. I was besides myself --- and decided to call CELLFIX after choosing them off of the Google site and ended up fixing it over there for only $79.00 Thank you saber
