Recently switched from Sprint. Went to Verizon store and discussed with salesperson the plan that I needed. Was quoted a monthly rate of $60 before employee discount and before taxes. So monthly after employee discount applied would be $48. Received first bill for $60. Called customer service and was told employee discount would not be in effect until after first billing cycle. Received second bill for $60. Called customer service again and was told this time I needed to submit employee discount request via Verizon website. I completed the request and received email confirmation of it being submitted. Decided to call Verizon customer service again to see when the employee discount would be applied and was told this time the plan that I am on does not qualify for employee discount. Moral of the story is to get everything in writing from Verizon before committing to do business with them. They will tell you what you want to hear to get your business and then tell you completely different after they have you under contract.

At first I was happy with my experience until all of the problems started. The phone number did port over after 4 business days. I had to spend 3 hours getting it fixed with Verizon Customer Care. I texted the representative and she said she would get back to me but she didnt . Texted her again - no answer. She didnt activate the device, didnt process the right plan, charged me insurance without telling me, gave me no monthly estimate, and the list goes on. I am still sorting the whole thing out with Verizon. So, so disappointed. I would be very careful when going into this store and purchasing equipment. I think all she was interested in was the commission she was getting from the equipment I purchased.

Complete wast of time customers is never right. Just get your new phone off line instead of wasting your time with these people. I hate to say it but as the years pass VZW keeps going down hill. The att store just up the road is so much better. I have a Samsung galaxy s3 as a backup and it was burning up SIM cards one a week. I was on the road a lot thay gave me 5 new blank SIM cards. No charge and I was in and out in under 5 min

I believe one star is high for my experience at the Easley location . I witnessed one of the employees friends get bumped over all waiting, when I asked the greeter I was told " she had an appointment and you dont really know what you are seeing". I watched the whole thing transpire and and definitely know what I saw! I will just keep going to the Greenville location, where I have always been given professional service.

I have been a loyal Verizon customer for several years and have noticed a steady decline in customer service. The employees tend only to know about the phones they currently provide and nothing about up and coming phones. Can find out more info on the web than asking an employee. The Verizon cell phone service is great; however, customer service is poor. Seriously considering changing providers.

Never want to deal with this company again! Try to get something resolved and you will be given the run around from everyone you speak to. They give you fake names, and promises. Customer service was terrible. We had a phone that completely stopped turning on. Only had it 5 months and they tried to sell us a Blackberry instead of fixing our problem. Never going there again. 2015 Update: much better run store presently. The sales team all took their time with us and listened to our needs.

Trevor needs training, when you start with a customer, dont be distracted by another customer being waited on by another service rep. Leaving me to try to clear a Verizon problem on your store phone is not a good idea. He had no clue how to give or find help for our problem. Will call main customer service later.

I have been with Verizon for a number of years. I have gone to this location many times and I always get wonderful service. If they are busy, there may be a wait, but the staff always bends over backward take care of me.

Really cool store. Its very updated and fresh. All sales agents are friendly. They can be very pushy, though, and because of it, your concerns arent often answered. They just want that sale.
