I had the pleasure of visiting this store today around 3, couldnt of had a better experience! Ollie Muslin and Evan Kaufman were working. Evan was working with an older couple, the women wasnt too pleasant, and I must say Evan did a great job; in the meantime I was sitting at the desk next to them with Ollie. Im not the most tech savvy person in the world, but I can navigate my devices, apps, and all device work functions pretty well. Ollie really educated me and opened my eyes to the new tools and products available. He took the time to show me 3 different phones, walking me through the new features and upgrades, quite enthusiastically I might add. He also basically cloned my old Samsung Galaxy 3 to a new Galaxy S8 in minutes, its like I have the same exact phone that just got upgraded, which was a huge concern for me. Everything was in the same place, all old emails and texts were there, even the wallpaper photo was the same. I was extremely impressed with Ollies patience, professionalism and knowledge; I will be going there for all my cellphone/device needs in the future and would recommend their service to everyone I know.

My Mom died a couple of weeks ago. There were 6 selfies I had taken that night before on my phone that I had not backed up. Of course I dropped the phone in water and killed it. After crying my eyes out I came to the Verizon store to ask for help and Ollie Muslin was so helpful and understanding and went above and beyond what I expected!! He worked for a long time trying every trick in the book and was actually find the pics and Bluetooth ed them over to my new (and now waterproof) S7!! I will be forever greatfull to him for his awesome service and sympathy and understanding. Kudos also to Matt Miller who was there with comfort and kept me at ease and hydrated while I waited!! These guys are THE BEST!!!

Ricky has been so great to work with - I highly recommend him! I had to reschedule to pick up my phone multiple times - he was very easy to communicate with and flexible to my schedule. When I finally did come into the Verizon store, he was very friendly and helpful - he even backed up my old phone and transitioned everything to my new phone because I didnt know how to do it. At the end, because the back up took awhile, he even so graciously offered to drop my new phone off to me at my office. Again, great to work with and I highly, highly recommend!

Went there to ask about my wifes LG G2 that sound isnt working on and got very condescending employee. He talked to us like we were stupid because we asked about the insurance I pay for every month. Started showing how to back up items on the Verizon cloud and snapped at me when I asked a question. I am not sure if he was hungover or just not a nice person. Should not be in sales industry at all. I will never go back to this store. Have had much better help at West Shore and International plaza locations. I will be contacting their manager as well.

Typically dealing with the mobile phone world can be a frustrating experience. Let me tell you up to this point it has been for me. I was having issues with Asurion (replacement device) and I decided to head to the W Kennedy Blvd Store. The representative (Alex) took matters into his own hands and completely went to bat for me. He helped me deal with Asurion and really made the whole process less stressful than if I would have attempted it on my own. He is a consummate professional and I will be bringing all my business to him in the future.

Came to Verizon store today because I had a few problems with my iPhone. Ricky helped me knew right away what the problem was. Fixed it, replaced my protective scene cover, told me about jet pack which I added to my service. Also asked if I was military and gave me discount. Ricky Martinez is amazing. His knowledge and service are by far the best in the business. You rarely see even mediocre customer service these days and Ricky provided a level of service that was beyond what I could have ever expected. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a phone or tablet and any business professionals looking for wireless solutions for their companies.

I left Verizon because of the treatment I received at the corporate office at Swann and Dale Mabry. They are rude and they do not care about customers. Today, was a totally different experience. I was pleased to work with Tim Allison and I am coming back to Verizon mostly because of this. I will never go to the other store but will always come back to the Kennedy store again.

Ricky was awesome, on a day that things were not going very well (had to replace myIPhone) he help me retrieve all my info and transferred all my information to the new phone. He was very patient as I could not remember my passwords. He figured out a different way to set up my phone He also helped me set up some additional apps on my phone that will be very helpful!

We came in to add my husband to our account for his birthday. We were lucky to have met Shawn at the store. He was so patient and professional! At other Verizon stores they rush you out and dont take the time to explain anything. Shawn showed us how to use the new phone and even saved us money monthly!! Ill only go and see him from now on. My brother came into this store today to replace his phone and we had a little bit of a corporate account hurdle that needed to be handled. Alicia spent nearly 3 and a half hours working with us, staying over 30 min past closing to make sure my brother was taken care of completely. Incredible customer service with a great personality that goes above and beyond!

Rashad and Julian where very helpful. I purchased a LG g5 from a sales rep earlier phone was no good for me. I was 2 days past the 14 day term the previous sales guy said to bad stuck with that phone. Rashad took care of it and got me the phone I wanted s7 edge. I recommend going to Rashad or Julian
