"Abandon hope ye who enter." This is supposedly the inscription written above the entrance to Hell. However, this has been proven false as this store has no inscription above its doors. Similar to Hell, Verizon Wireless is an abyss of eternal torture from which no man may escape. It should be of no surprise to the common man that a phone company is the embodiment of all the vices humans have come to discover in their brief history. Never will a person find a more vampiric essence of the flaws of capitalism than at Verizon Wireless. From hidden fees to rude customer service, the entire company is tainted to its very core. The workers are perhaps some of the most pretentious elitists I have ever met. Should a former customer realize the errors of Verizon Wireless and decide to switch to any other provider, they should be prepared to feel the all-mighty wrath of a local Verizon Wireless branch employee. As a current Sprint customer, even though my coverage is marginally worse, I sleep much more soundly at night knowing that monsters do exist, but they are contained within this store. At this point many may be wondering why such harsh words are necessary. It is for the sole fact that it is justifiable by every frame of reference by any being even slightly versed in logical reasoning. To illustrate this point, I shall propose a hypothetical. Lets say a customer comes into a store that you own, and you tell him/her that he/she must pay $600. Now, lets say that the customer contests because that is quite a lot of money. Well, most people (myself included) would apologize to the individual and at least feign the slightest mote of interest and empathy as it is possible for myself to relate to them. That is an incredible amount of money. Its sad to say, but we arent dealing with most people. It does not surprise me that a phone company which is vampiric as aforementioned also serves as a breeding ground for people with a sociopathological tendencies and a complete refusal to acknowledge the plight of another person. A complete lack of empathy is the hallmark of poor customer service and sociopathy. To the rational mind I shall say this: "pray ye avoid it." Dont pretend that you will be able to overcome the sheer level of scammery occurring at Verizon. Avoid it entirely. Consider this a warning from someone who is not a sociopath and can feel empathy. I implore you, do not make the same mistakes as me. Do not fall victim to this terrible corporation.Walk next door to Sprint and deal with their exceptional customer service, great deals and rates, lack of hidden fees, and, above all, their wonderful, empathetic staff who will work with and for you to ensure that you will walk away as happy a customer as you can. I offer a few last thoughts to the intellectuals such as myself: Do not trust Verizons "Solution Specialists." Such a title is laughable and ironic. Out of anyone in the store, they are the most problematic, inflammatory, obnoxious excuses for customer service I have ever met. Lastly, bear this in mind: few experiences are as liberating and gratifying as walking out of Verizon Wireless a free man and telling the company and its workers to kiss your ass and enjoy their life. To all but the Devil named Verizon and its Demonic "Solution Specialists", Have a wonderful day. -Wyatt

Very disappointed in service ! Husband purchased new phone to be mailed to our home. Gave correct address and they somehow felt it needful to try to deliver another address..after many phone calls gave up. Never got phone.. and to add insult, consultant in Verizon decided he wanted to save us money on our plan..increase data plan would cost us 10$ less a month. After verifying three times it would not cost extra , he assured us it was a new plan to save money, we agreed. Got our Bill and they had increased all lines by at least 5$ plus added 17$ to a bill I had paid in full the previous month. They couldnt tell me what that was for. Today we went to another verizon store to purchase my husband a new phone and we could not purchase because they had a pending correction (they owed us) plus a 60+ credit on account for mistakes they had made. You owe us money and still unable to pay cash and buy a new one. Bad business people! Oh I forgot, took almost an hour on the phone to straighten these problems! The person we called to help with these issues was polite and helpful to be fair!

I have been with them since they were Alltel, even then you still had problems with honesty problems. They train their employees now to be dumb in trying to resolve problems in your billing. I bought two smart phones and was told i get two free tablets but that was not true. I have had to pay each month for them. I also bought iPhone 6 edge with case, dropped it, well you guessed it broke it. I was told to get oter box to replace it. I was also told that they only sell airtime and not anything else. But when you get your bill the phones tablets cases ect are all on it not to mention the price they quoted is never what they quoted you. I think i have maybe 4 or 5 months left on my contract and can bett your but i will not be doing any business with them. Employees are trained very good in lieing or they really dont know, Im not judging the employees, but the company has changed, its not about the customer but the dollar. What ever happened to just plain old good customer service and taking care of you after the sell.

And the second was 200$ and they said they have no idea where we got 130$ this verizon full of liars and wont confront you to solve the problem.

When we got our first bill we found that they didnt sign us up for the plan and promotion we were sold on and its impossible to get them to fix anything. You then have to spend hours and days on the phone with corporate verizon and hope somebody actually follows through.

Had prepaid plan with AllTell before Verizon bought them. Verizon continued service for a while, but quit and my cell phone is inoperable. They kept my money. I tried to call and got the typical run around and no human interaction to explain the problem to.

the absolute best service I have ever had at any verizon store. If you go see the sales rep named William Waller he was honest and took the time to help me and gave me the best way to keep my bill the same and I got more than I had before!

The managers and most of the representatives are very deceptive. They promise one thing and the next time they are totally clueless about what they said.
