TERRIBLE customer service! My boyfriend and I went this store asking the man at the counter if we can get a copy of our receipt for necessary purposes and they said they couldnt do it at this location. So, that man sent us to a "corporate" office. He gave us an address and we trusted his knowledge. We went to this address he gave us and it was all a LIE! The "corporate" office wasnt even one and they told us the same thing. The other MetroPCS (off of Dale Mabry, near The Tile Shop & Chilis) we went to told us to try online and print it ourselves... like what!? WOW, what a waste of gas. SO, we went home and tried to print and there was an error when I tried to access my account, so I went back to this store to try and see if they can help me access my account and they refused in helping me. I will never trust this location, EVER. Nothing but disappointments.

Terrible customer service. On multiple occasions my wife and I have visited this location and the people we have encountered here have been uniformly rude, discourteous, and absolutely no help at all. Her opinion is that skill-less people are being hired off the street just to fill a spot behind the counter and move junk phones out the door. Guy behind the counter seemed bored and inconvenienced. do yourself a favor go elsewhere for service or to purchase your next smartphone.
