If you need stellar cell provider service look no further. I jumped ship from Verizon over a year and a half ago and Im so glad I did. This store itself is a plus of having T-Mobile service, as the staff has been a pleasure to deal with. Dont tell me I didnt let you know! I recently had an issue with one of my phones and the phenomenal staff were extremely efficient and helpful. I couldnt have asked from better service from Jose and Veronica who both had to help my sorry self. I dont have enough awesome things to say about them. In addition, they were so personable and talked me through decisions and life choices while I was waiting, lol. On another occasion, Santiago was also awesome in helping rectify an issue I had an was very efficient and professional. All the other staff was friendly and upbeat as well. I love T-Mobile and cannot fathom having a different service provider. I love my cell plan and the fact that unlimited calls and texts in Canada and Mexico is bomb but more so included data and unlimited texting in an inordinate amount of countries is extraordinary! LOVE LOVE LOVE!!!

I happened to pop in here to have someone reset my network... one employee proceeded to treat me poorly. I told him I didnt always receive text messages and theyre in and out so he decided to ask my sister to text me right in front of him? Im guessing he thought I was lying well it was just a waste of time actually. Thankfully another worker saw this and stepped in, he told me he would simply reset my network and I could come in for a new SIM card if that wasnt the fix. He even took the time to answer my questions about my plan and made sure I was helped. That man needs a raise and for everyone else to learn from him! Before he arrived I wasnt even greeted despite no other customer being in the store and everyone was at the computers. Very odd.

Customer Service at this location is horrendous at best. They dont acknowledge walk-ins, they are extremely slow at doing every single task. And the manager does not manage well. Our rep needed lots of help with changing our note 7s back to note 5s and she needed lots of help, because of the way our home store handled the last recall, and the manager kept leaving her after showing each step. Then when she needed him the most, he just left... On his break... And she had no clue! As long as i can get the service i need elsewhere, I will never be back at this location. University Mall has the best Customer Service, ever!!!

This store and employees are as pathetic as they come. I needed to get a new phone for a family member on my plan. The associate that was helping me I mean (screwed) me decided to deceive me to his own gain on commissions, and changed my plan without me knowing, and additionally added a number to my plan I did not even know about. Luckily the number or data was never used on this number. I did found out 4 days later. The store manager could careless about anything, the toll free number was OK on customer service. This really makes me want to change carriers, and forget T-Mobile ever existed. Disgusted!

I had the opportunity of speaking with Mike at this location and I mus say he was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Ive worked in the cellular industry for a number of years and he answered all my questions accurately without any B.S. that Ive gotten from most sales guys. There was no pressure to make a decision and he completely respected the fact that I need some time to consider switching from Verizon. This man deserves a raise and promotion!

Had a huge issue with tmobile customer support in regards to my Note 7 and trying to Jump from my Note 5. Jose and Mike, two great guys, took care of everything and treated me as if they were trying to resolve the issue for one of their own family members. Highly reccommend talking with these two guys rather than deal with Tmobile customer support. For anything you need.
