I have tried to use this location for two purposes: repair my iOS device and purchase a marine battery. ISSUE ONE: I called this location to determine if they could repair my device. The very helpful gentleman confirmed that they could repair it and requested that I drop it off at a specific time the next day because of their staffing issues – which I did. When I dropped off my iOS devise they indicated it would take approximately 45 minutes. I called after approximately an hour to check the status and the store manager, Jasmine, indicated it would be ready at approximately 12:00 p.m. that day. I arrived at the location to pick up my phone at approximately 2:00 p.m. that day and she indicated the part needed was backordered so they couldnt repair the phone. The very nice gentleman apologized and said he would order the part once it was available through the vendor – which he did. I brought my phone in the next day after the part was available. When I arrived to pick up the device, it wasn’t working. I waited in the lobby for approximately 30 minutes before I asked that they email me once the device was working properly and I could pick it up. I did not receive an email for hours. Approximately three hours later, I used a company phone to check the status. They indicated that the part they replaced was defective and they would be reinstalling the old broken part and I could come pick up the phone (now we are during rush hour traffic). The nice gentleman said that he would order another part and call me when it was ready (still no call to date). During this fiasco, ISSUE TWO occurred which is the reason I am raising a serious customer service WARNING for this location. I purchased a marine battery late April 2016. Thankfully, it was determined by my boat mechanic that I did not need a new battery after all. Unfortunately, I was unable to take the brand new unused battery back to this Batteries Plus location within the 14 day return period which I was not aware of. The manager, Jasmine, indicated that she couldn’t take the battery back and I could ONLY get a store credit (I stress this was only days outside of their policy). She pointed out that on the back of the receipt in the fine print it “clearly” indicated their policy. I pleaded with her to allow me to return the battery that was never used and purchased just a few days less that the 14 day period which I wasn’t aware of. Jasmine concluded that she was NOT ONLY NOT going to take the battery back in refund, but she WAS NOT giving me a store credit either...she wasn’t going to give me ANYTHING. I asked if that meant I would have to go to another Batteries Plus location to get at least a credit and her response was that she wouldn’t let them give it to me either – basically telling me I was stuck with the unused brand new battery I purchased approximately three weeks ago.. Ultimately, after minutes of begging and pleading she reluctantly gave me a store "credit." The store manager has been present during my MANY unsuccessful visits to get my iOS devise repaired and provided no sympathy when trying to resolve either of the two issues. I will say that after calling the corporate office, they were extremely apologetic and found that the store manager’s behavior was unacceptable. Thankfully, I was able to obtain a store “credit” for the marine battery after such an unnecessary debacle. However, I will never use this Batteries Plus location again after the terrible customer service received by the Jasmine, the store manager. Another issue to note is at least on more than one occasion this location’s doors were locked during their posted hours.

Ordered a auto battery for a 2011 VW Touareg TDI on the Batteries Plus web site for pickup at the store. After entering my vehicle information the site recommended several batteries starting at 640 CCA as the base battery and several optional batteries. I upgraded to an optional larger CCA battery and placed the order. After being notified quickly that the battery was in stock I removed my battery (no small task since it is under the drivers seat about a 1 hour process) and went to the store to exchange. The larger optional battery turned out to be under size in both CCA and physical size. Since my car was apart I settled for an in stock 800 CCA battery which matched my existing battery CCA but was still physically shorter in length. The correct battery was not in stock and would have to be special ordered. The base battery recommended on the web site was way to small for a TDI Touareg. I requested the store clerks notify the battery plus web site owners to correct the information to prevent other owners from having the same problem however it was clear they had no intention of forwarding the correction. Other owners based on their lack of action will continue to have the same poor experience with Batteries Plus.

So I came in to fix my screen and LCD screen and all the workers were nice, good customer service and they got it "done" in good time. But then when he went to test it it wasnt turning on fast enough I guess and he said it was dead and to just charge it at home. So first problem he never tested it in the store to see if it was working or not. So then I get home charge up the phone it turns on and the screen is faded white, I can see the screen kinds of and the touchscreen works fine along with everything else with the phone but the screen was not put on right or he/she cracked the LCD screen while repairing. Also the glue they used to secure the screen I guess is not very strong so one side of the phone screen is peeling up. Im coming back today so hopefully they will be able to resemble the phone properly for free and fix whatever mistake they made and we can all move on.
