I just left Radio Shack and I am shaking from the employee that waited on me. His name is Andrew. He refuse to make the transaction and told me I was a jerk. He refused to give me corp #, he refused to give me Jamie the managers company #, Jamie is a great person and has helped me a lot! I have not complains against him. I am shacking...he refuse to make the sale and thru my money back at me and told me to go home to get the corp # ...wow

I took my laptop here to have it sent back to the manufacturer for repairs and the assistant manager and manager both made me feel like I was wasting their time. My good manners and increasingly fake smile had no effect. Ill do my shopping at BestBuy from now on. Be warned!
