I would definitely use a corporate store over a non corporate store. I got a Bionic and the next day walked into a Radio Shack where I found the same phone for 100$ less. I then called this store and told them and it was like they could care less. They told me if I did a return on the phone its a 50$ re-stocking fee. (Corporate stores only charge 35). when i got the phone they charged me a 20$ setup fee. DO NOT BELIEVE THEM when the in store guy tells you about hidden fees other stores charge ... its all BS... what ever you do make sure you shop around!!! Wish I would have checked with Radio Shack. I then asked for a price match and was told they dont price match. Just dont like feeling like I have been hosed. 1&#39;s

We have only been living in Homosassa for a few months. We had been driving to Spring Hill for our Verizon needs because for some reason we didnt know this store was here. Let me tell you. The staff here is absolutely wonderful. I stopped at this one because we just happened to recognize it while we were eating at Subway. Nicole the manager is such a sweetheart and she directed her team without being pushy or snobby toward them. The associates seemed like they were all extremely happy to be at work which is the way it should be. I must say that this will be my main Verizon store from now on. Oh, and the manager actually went to another store to get a phone for me. Ive never seen that at any other Verizon. Thank you guys!

I cannot say enough about Liah O, she was the most helpful, generous and kind employees I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I had ordered an iphone for my sons 16th birthday off Amazon and it was unable to be opened or have service applied. Liah did everything she possibly could to help us get my sons phone working for his birthday. We had left the store and came back twice in the same night and she worked diligently searching for a solution. We finally left the store tonight at 8pm with a new iphone and she was just as happy to help us as when we first walked in the door. I hope you realize what a valuable employee she is and I am very grateful for all her hard work tonight! Thank you Liah!

We went into our local Verizon store to ask a question and was waited on by Chris Reed. He was awesome! Were not the most tech savvy people but he was patient, professional, personable and extremely knowledgeable. After talking to him we both decided to upgrade our phones. He did not pressure us at all. Just gave us great information. He saved us time & money. A great experience. We had fun!

They laid everything out to help me make an informed decision. I would highly recommend this location to everyone! They will take care of you and all your Verizon needs.

The people that I dealt with at this store were very incompetent. What they tell you when you walk through the door may not be the same when its time to pay the bill and they had already taken my number from current carrier I had to get the issues resolved the next day at a corporate store in Inverness. Its better just to go there first !
