I went in to buy new phones with my husband. The manager Brent and Joel were very helpful. Later that day my phone never did yhe transfer from my old provider to cricket but my husbands did. I called the 1 800 # for cricket and recieved very little help. Just that it was in process. By the next morning my phone was still not working. I called cricket twice and my old provider as well to get this fixed. We were told to go back to the store they couldnt help us. Nice. So we wnent back and Brent was super awsome. He called crickets 1800 number himself and got the same response i did. He even called his GM to resolve this. After him dedicating two hours o this he got it resolved. He went above and beyond and i greatly appreciate it.

They took the time to go through our options and answer all our questions. We felt like were talking to friends rather than performing a business transaction.
