Nothing, this location just didnt want to help me because I bought the phone in Inverness. This happened not only once about a month ago...but today too!!!!!! The girl(tall & going) told she couldnt help me AFTER I told her my dying mother lives around the corner and I didnt want to go to Inverness!!! Still, she couldnt help me and I had to go to Inverness??!!! I drove to Inverness because my husband was with my mom. I was told there, they certainly could have did the trouble shooting and could have handled a warranty replacement by calling the 800 number like he did! When our contact is up, goodbye Verizon!!! Id be mortified and embarrassed if I was management there! Great job said no one ever!! So disgusted! Interesting, not even an attempt to apologize...

Michael was great. My wife and I are way behind the times as far as phones go, we got our first smart phones from Michael yesterday, we had tons of questions, Michael answered them all. We have been to many other places and left more confused than when we went in. We switched our service to Verizon and got 2 galaxy s5s and a jetpack. will send everyone to see Michael to get there new phones

I went in frustrated with my phone from walmart, Cindy helped me figure out that I had a broken phone, then went on to provide incredible customer service through the activation of my new LG v10. She was friiendly, courtieous, knowledgeable, and attentive as hell! I would recommend her to anyone with Verizon problems!!!

Jordan is amazing! My husband and I are dinosaurs when it comes to technology in 2016. Jordan can now add dinosaur trainer to his resume! He not only gave the greatest customer service we have ever had since moving to Florida but also educated us on our phones tablet and tv services. Jordan is an asset to Verizon.

These people do not know what professionalism is? They do not say anything when you come in. They had me spend two whole days trying to get my MIFI device going with not knowing a difference in a pre paid device or a Verizon device.. took my money and no refund as of yet! Avoid it at all costs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Have taken my droid razr there 3 times, all they did was screw it up way worse than it already was! When I took it back the same day they literally could not fix it - oh well so sad was their attitude.
