We have had a great amount of problems and we go to that location. My big brother went to the location on 9/28/15 due to falling at work and breaking his screen. He goes and sees about getting a new phone. The man that works there said it will be $70 today for a "new" phone. He put it in the case my brother had without letting him see the phone. After he got home we took it out of the case to look at it. The phone has been opened up at the points where the screws are. Also the black color has places where it is gone. Near the charger port it shows signs of being destroyed. Also my brother was told he still owes $130 for this "new" phone. Tomorrow we are going back to that location and taking the phone back. We are going to be dealing with the regular Verizon store down the road due to this. This is why my family has had thoughts about leaving Verizon before. If Verizon cared about there people they provide coverage to they would honest find out how to get rid of this person that works at the location. He didnt even clear the past contacts from the user before my brother. A refund will be demanded and the phone returned. THE STORE NEEDS TO BE CLOSED DOWN DUE TO SCAMMING PEOPLE!!!

NIGHTMARE! - We were promised $650 per line when turning in our old phones and switching to Verizon from Sprint. We switched on October 25th 2016 and are still calling in every 10 days to argue and plead our case for getting our $650 gift cards. We still have yet to receive any compensation from verizon or 1 consistent monthly bill, 3 LINES IS COSTING ALMOST $300 per month! After a documented chat session promising our $1,950.00, all of our submission IDs, website tracking numbers, fed-ex tracking/shipping info we still have not received any compensation or a guarantee that we will! ALMOST 6 MONTHS LATER AND I STILL DO NOT HAVE THE $1900 I PAID SPRINT FOR OUR PHONES THAT WE MAILED INTO VERIZON AND FOR THE CONTRACT TERMINATION. TOTSLLY DISGUSTED WITH EVERY REPRESENTATIVE THAT WEVE DEALT WITH THUS FAR. THE BEST PART ABOUT THIS SCAM IS THAT WHEN YOU GO INTO A VERIZON STORE THEY ADVISE YOU THERE IS NOTHING THEY CAN DO AND THAT YOU HAVE TO CALL THEIR 800 NUMBER. WHAT A JOKE!! RUN RUN RUN RUN AWAY

Only giving one star because I had to. All I can say is SCAMMER. Went in. Was lied to. Was charged $750 for a USED phone (told it was new) that Verizon actually charges $453 for!!! I even mentioned that numbers were not adding up, was told that Verizon would be charging money back and that I should never trust the pricing on the website. I am sick over this scam. And LIVID. Do NOT use these people. Let them go out of business.

Went in for an early upgrade today and could not be happier! The staff was awesome and I got so many discounts. I got a free screen protector, free case, and my activation fee was cut in half. Such an easy process and very friendly. I highly recommend these guys.
