I bought a refurbished Galaxy 5 from them for $300. I looked the lady in the eyes and asked her if she was confident that this phone would give me a year of service. She said yes and said she would warranty it for 6 months. Within 5 days of purchase, the screen started to crack. I took it back and asked her to fix it. She said the tech would call me back. After no return call, the screen cracking got worse and worse over the next week. Then the screen went black. I took it back again and she said they would fix it for $170. Please note I did NOTHING to cause the screen cracking. I then had it evaluated at other cell repair companies since its not my area of expertise. All the other repair guys said this company did a very poor job of refurbishing the phone. It was brought to my attention that the entire phone was still somewhat bent and the screen was a cheap aftermarket screen that was poorly installed. He pointed out that the glass screen shouldnt be able to be pushed up and down against the frame. It should be flush against the frame and have no give whatsoever. He could see between the phone being bent and a bad job putting a cheap aftermarket screen were the causes of the screen cracking. I took it back to the dealer after these other evaluations were made. After pointing these things out, she refused to stand behind her product or admit to any poor refurbishment. I told her that charging me to make this right was unacceptable and she then told me it was the techs decision (not hers), took my phone number down, and told me the tech would call me back if he changed his mind about fixing for free or refunding my money. It was obvious she was blowing me off and getting to leave without further confrontation. Now that I read other reviews that the owner gets aggressive and threatening with other scammed customers, (I read that he got belligerent, loud, and angrily put his hand on a lady to get her to leave!!!), I guess its pointless to go back again unless Im looking for a fight. Pure hustlers and scammers!! Take your business elsewhere!

Company is awful horrible customer service as well! I cant tell you how many times the owners wife lied to me constantly and told me she would call me back and never Ever did. I would always have to call back ....what kinda customer service is that? Also they broke my phone and tried to pin it on me shady people to do business with.... The owner of this company is so unprofessional the day I went up to his store to pick up my phone (thats still not fixed) I was at the counter and when I picked up my phone and turned to leave out the door, the owner insinuated that he thought I called him a b**** when I clearly said Thanks. I wasnt pleased at all with the service they provided while they were even fixing my phone but I still came into his store with respect and said thanks. He just wanted to start a confrontation because of the review I wrote about his horrible business and didnt hide my name. I didnt hide my name because I dont fear anything but God. As the confrontation escalated outside because he followed me and my girlfriend outside clearly instigating the confrontation. He tried to threaten me by telling me he was this and that back in the days but didnt do anything because he knew what would of happened and he has no clue also who I know as well so he really didnt want to go there. He just continued to say things and clearly didnt want any type of problem as we were face to face and I told him to his face he broke my phone and how his wife constantly lied about my phone. This company had my phone for 5 MONTHS!!! So Im pretty sure you can see why Im frustrated and would write a review. Anyways this company sucks I would recommend Mobile Tech as they are a lot cheaper and they will fix your phone a lot faster and are very professional and dont lie to their customers

After the extremely poor service I had at this store, I went down the street to Device Savers, who charged me less and were up front about the time to fix my phone. I made 4 trips total to this store (each trip was about 25 mins, longer in rush hour traffic) When I went to the store at my pick up time, it was crawling with detectives. Shady right? Well the owner wants to tell me she was being audited. Please! The whole business you think you are running is shady. I really should have read the reviews first. After being told my phone would not be ready for another 2 hrs, i left and took the looonnngggg drive back to get my children from school. The third time I came back, they told me that my phone was still not fixed and it would take 3 to 5 business days because they didnt have the part in... She said "The screen isnt cracked anymore, but it still wont work". Wait... WHAT? I finally told them to put the old cracked screen back on and I would take it elsewhere. AND AGAIN!!! It was going to take another hour... Ugh yet again I had to brave traffic to pick up another child, ONLY TO HEAD BACK to south Tampa, in 5 pm rush hour traffic to retrieve the same broken phone I left that morning. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. The owner (the wife) has no concept of customer service and a true business practice. Piece of advice honey, standing behind a husband wont last very long. At some point you need to climb out of that hole and do some work! Oh and to the husband, that facade you wear of a "good guy" wont last long with the way you MISHANDLE your customers. When you run this place into the ground, and are broke... your SIZE will count for nothing. Have a wonderful evening!!!!

First the man never repaired my cell phone or even ordered the right part, now he is harrassing me and threaghtening a lawsuit against me because I called my bank and got my money back through my bank. I am researching attorneys reading these reviews I am sure we all have proper claim to have a class action lawsuit against this Jerk and his horrible business practices. Who is with me, we have to have rights too. I am sick of him going after and harrassing me at work for nothing litterly all he did was take my money. That was it, he verbally promised me a three day turn around and litterly a week later my "part" that I never got was still in california. The phone got so bad I had to go somewhere else. The only reason I considered this guy was because he promised 24 hour emergency service and because my phone was broken in pieced and the screen was cutting my fingers when I used it and I was scared to put it to my face. Like many of you my phone is my life line and I needed a working phone. The 24 hour emergency service offered on their website it just a fraction of this places lies and lousy business practices. Now, I am being threatened and harrassed. For litterly not even doing any work. This is the worst business I have ever dealth with. Beware never come here these reviews are 100% currect. I only gave them a star because I had to to post. I wouldnt even give them that.
