I was told a lot of incorrect information. I bought a jetpack on a single unlimited data line. I was told that the speeds would not slow down until I have met my 23 GB of priority data, then they might. Wrong...the jetpack uses mobile hotspot data, after 10 GB at 4G speeds it drops to 3G speeds, which is what the emails I received said along with the device itself. After coming back to the store to show them what the email read, I did not receive an apology, he just told me "well thats the way were trained". Also, when getting the jetpack, the sales associate could not pull up any specs on the device. He told me the battery should last at least 24 hours. It took me just a few seconds to do a Google search just to find the jetpacks battery only lasts 4 hours. The associate also took my Id to set up a profile, only I thought he was only checking my credit score. I just moved to a new state, hence the reason I was at this particular store with my roommate instead of a Michigan store. He had it set up so all my mail and my billing address was in Michigan. If that wasnt bad enough, apparently Im in a 2 year contract and didnt know about it. I was told once before by some Verizon person over the phone that they no longer have contracts. My roommate and I are in temporary housing and only planned on getting data from Verizon for about a year. We specifically picked them for the lack of contract. Why wasnt the word contact ever used in the store? The associates seemed nice, but its clear they dont know what they are talking about. After calling Verizon Wireless, the over-the-phone people recommend I not go to the store again. I recommend they shut the store down until the associates can all be trained properly before they lie to anyone else.

All I wanted was a wireless charger for my S7 Edge. Saturday afternoon at 5:30 pm. I walk in the store and see all 4 employees busy with customers with 2 more waiting. They were not just purchasing a quick item. I walk around for 5 mins. and dont see one hanging on the wall. NOT one person acknowledged me. Im Not going to wait 30 to to 45 mins for my turn just to buy an accessory. I call the store as I walked out the door and I hear the phone ringing. No one answered. I called again with No answer. You should Always have someone available for accessory purchases. They do NOT deserve my money. I will go somewhere else.

Walked in to up grade my galaxy note4 I had said I wanted the same thing comparable to the galaxy he sold me a LG v20 this phone drops calls7 times a day and freezes all the time went back in told them about it and because it was past the return policy they could take it back the sale men bull shited me so now I am stuck with a piece or crap ,I have been with Verizon15 plus years and they do me like this time to say good by if Corp does not do the right thing,

I had been with Metro PCS which was great. But when I moved here from Miami there was no service. So I stopped in to the verizon store in crystal river and met Charlyn. She is fabulous. Took all the time I wanted showing me phones and explaining plans. Days later she called me to make sure I was satisfied and the phone was working properly. EVERY retail company should have her consult. She is a huge asset to verizon imo.

Service was great up front but they dont tell you that they are not a corporate store. If you get anything and you want to exchange it you have to go back to them or good luck finding another cellular sales. They also will not help you unless your salesman is available. They are curtesous but not upfront about their policies. Will not be recommendeding this store or other cellular sales to family or friends.

We dropped in to inquire about upgrading my phone which was about 3 years old. I was interested in some particular features and "Mo" was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He set us up with a plan which increased our monthly GB from 14 to 20 and added a new tablet and new phone for less than we were previously paying...good job Mo!!!

This was my1st time dealing with Verison.Scott took care of my phone needs.Im not good with computer related items.I came in knowing what I thought I wanted,but Scott advised me to get an LG V20.I love my phone.Ive been able to understand the promps and navigate through the setting up of my phone with my priorities.Thank you Verizon !!

Ive been to Ocala and back and the representatives there were not helpful at all for me, so I came to the Verizon store here in Crystal River and Joshua was extremely helpful! he broke down the bill for me and went over some features in my phone! he was very nice and understanding, this is the place to go if you need anything!

The staff worked together to get all my stuff transferred. Ill definitely be using this store again.

DO NOT GO HERE. Staff is only out to sell you accessories u do not need. No help at all with my actual account. Was told to call verizon while i was at this location. Whats the point of having a store there? Everyone in this store is extremely unprofessional. Worst verizon location ever!!
