I needed a new digitizer for my wifes htc evo 4g. Ive taken apart her phone many times so I was just going to buy a new digitizer off of ebay when I came across Cellphone MD. They were very friendly, reasonable, and fast. I purchased the digitizer for about the same price as the cheapest place online and I installed it myself. They even gave me a small sheet of the 3m adhesive to hold the digitizer on the phone. ... Overall, Im very pleased and I would recommend this place and definitely go back if I need something like this in the future.

First off, about as rude a business can get. Not sure if the girl upfront is the owner of just works there... but she does not give a damn about you being there. Was talking to a customer in front of me (who she might have known) about dream she had last night for good 5 minutes while I waited in line. Took my phone for repair. After 5 days, tells me, cant be repaired. Wont tell me whats wrong with it. Just that its un-repairable. Most likely did not even look at the phone. 1 star, cuz they did not charge me anything. Else its was 0 stars.

Great service . The Short chick is disrespectful and not very customer service friendly. Several times I asked her for help and she was condescending. I wouldnt be surprised if the only reason she works there is becuase a family member is the owner or a manager. The Hispanic chick is very helpful and the total opposite. Great buying experience and service. I gave 5 stars because they shouldnt suffer just because of 1 bad employee.

This place is cheap, and pretty fast. I hate the fact I paid 30, and still had to take my iPhone elsewhere after he had it twice to fix it. I also was told by my new repair place that he stole all of the parts out of my phone that were working fine including the original back to my iPhone! I had to get my whole phone redone. I will say he gave me a great paper weight for $30! NEVER GOING BACK OR RECOMMENDING TO ANYONE!

AVOID THIS PLACE! , Ive been to it 4 times and every time its been the same NIGHTMARE you will have to wait at least an hour in a line of 4 or more people just to get someone to talk to you, the chick a counter is rude and unprofessional, will ignore everyone and walk out to the back of store just to be away from clients, The DMV is a pleasure cruise compare to this place

Great store with great prices and quality. I noticed few "Google User" accounts which are most likely competitors in the area who cant compete with Cell Phone MD and therefore leaving 1 star reviews. We have been doing business with Luis for years now and NEVER had an issue. I would recommend Cell Phone MD to everyone needing accessories, parts or repairs

Sold me a poor quality glass screen which cracked after 3 days of normal runs in my pocket. Had my phone for a year through the same conditions if not worse, and the original screen lasted that long (a year). $90 for a crack free screen for 3 days? Take your money elsewhere. And I never dropped it!
