Theresa is the cats meow...!!! The absolute best there is! She helped us for well over 2 hours figuring out the best solution for our family. She saved us so much money...every time we looked at the paper she had in her hand, she was showing us how she saved us $300 off this, and 25% off of this and 22% off of that, oh and heres another 50%! We saved HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS! This store should thank their lucky stars they have her! We are definitely thanking ours! HAPPY BIRTHDAY GORGEOUS LADY! Enjoy your weekend, oh and a pirate friend of mine may be stopping over sometime. He loves a good deal : "Arrr! Matey! Im sending everyone you way!!!! ALWAYS a long wait. 30 minutes or more. Luckily its located near a restaurant so grabbing a quick bite and a beverage depending on the time of day is convenient. Theresa, Niko, and Will are awesome employees. Place is small with not enough chairs for how many people are usually there waiting. Gives you plenty of time to browse if you are shopping for a new phone... If you have certain issues the wait is long and exhausting and sometimes its easier to call or chat online with a Verizon representative. Definitely one of the better stores Ive ever been to. I do not like "Verizon authorized dealers" and will only go to corporate run stores such as this one.

I went in the upgrade my phone on Sunday 4/17/2016; was greeted and helped by a gentleman named Courtney. He processed everything however he failed to inform me that when you order a phone it has to be delivered to an address that someone has to sign for it and also said it was a 2 shipment and its now 4/22/2016 still no phone. My husband now has to go to the nearest UPS store which is in Brooksville an hour away to pickup my phone. This by far the worst customer care I have ever had at this store. Do not use Courtney unless you do your homework first.

The staff here is so incredibly helpful. From the second I entered the store to the moment I stepped out the door, I felt like everyone I came into contact with was knowledgeable and eager to help. Ive had terrible experiences at mobile stores and I wasnt sure what to expect when I came in, but the staff didnt quit till my issue was resolved. It was certainly refreshing to deal with professionals and to know I can come back for any future issues with no reservations.

Went in there to get a cover thatll stop my screen from raising. It wasnt raised at the moment because I had just had someone put adhesive glue but told me to get a cover because it would start raising again. The man not only cracked off a corner of my screen but put the bumper on wrong. The manager offers no remorse or solution and was extremely rude and also lied saying that they didnt crack my screen when his worker had already admitted it.

Came in last week, my phone died. Actually, I tried the Beverly Hills location, I was told twice that they couldnt help me bc I bought the phone in Inverness. Alexis at this Inverness location was able to help me right away! He was very kind and handled the situation immediately. Thank you Verizon in Inverness and Alexis. The Beverly Hills location could have done the same thing as Inverness..they didnt want to!!!

I had the opportunity to work with Courtney, Theresa and the GM when I recently switched from another carrier, and I couldnt have been more pleased with the customer service and follow-through. Im not easily impressed, but all three of them earned my respect and future business.

A person greeted me once inside and was available to help immediately. However, I was told that there was not a Technician on staff at this store to solve the problem I had. The only solution was to go to another Verizon store that had a Technician. So my problem was not solved.

Very rude, I made a purchase and then had a question and I might as well have been invisible. They gave me the wrong accessory due to a lack of knowledge and then did not care. Avoid this store!
