12 years ago in Atlanta GA, I became a Verizon wireless customer. By far, I have never received outstanding customer service as I did last night with Erik. Hes amazing. My husband died unexpected in Nov. 2016. I needed to close his cell phone account and it was not an easy task for me personally. Erik made it so easy and demonstrated much professionalism and compassion through this process. Additionally, it was time for new phones. My 72 year old father converted from his 7 year old flip phone to a smart phone. Erik offered him additional assistance, to help my father learn the most important features that are important to him. This is my new "go to" place for all of my Verizon needs and its even better being just one mile away from my home on the Boulevard. Thank you Erik for everything!!!!

Previous work was a 5 (past couple of years). Most recent request to purchase a modem resulted in over a week of nothing actually happening. They looked up the part, said the manager would order. Came back a week later to ask where the part was requesting a text of the delivery date. No response. Called 2 days later asking why I havent received a text about delivery. No response. Came in after that week to find out the part was never ordered. I ordered on-line it will be delivered in 2 days. Will avoid the store if possible in the future.

I usually do all my ordering online, but I decided to take a shot and visit the store. I couldnt decide between the IPhone and Droid phones. I was so confused! The people I worked with exaplined my choices in very simple terms and made my choice so simple. I bought a Droid and havent looked back since. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone!

Terrible customer service. I am still being billed $550 due to a bad tracking number they provided which resulted in a returned phone being lost. And they are no help to correct it or track it down. Couple that with forcing my 80 year old mother to pay cash only and then NOT activating the jet pack she paid cash for.......DONT GO THERE! Cathi

The managemant of this store has changed hands and the new owner/manager is the best! I would highly recommend this store to anyone looking for a Verizon wireless dealer. We bought two upgrades from him and he explained everything about the plan change and the phones that we purchased. He went out of his way to make sure we were very happy!
