The staff is helpful enough, but the plans are falling behind. There really no less expensive than Verizon prepaid and they dont have the coverage here in the mountains that Verizon has. They also charge extra for the hotspot feature, data speed is throttled, and have no carryover data, all things you get with big red. In other words, you pay for the data but you cant used it the way you want. I will say, when traveling out of the area Cricket gets good reception. I went to Canada this summer and no extra charges for data and calls, reception was very good over Rodgerss network, so if you travel to Mexico or Canada that might be a consideration.

I was pretty much ignored by the person there. She even asked the guy behind me if she could help him. When I asked for help determining phone features I was asked if I would come back later as she had an appointment to go to. Obviously I got a phone and service elsewhere.

One of the best places to get service at. I used to be with Verizon and when I switched over ibdidnt notice much of a difference in coverage and it is very cheap. The staff is very friendly and helpful and always does whatever it takes to help out the customers.
