Okay .. So I called this place for a quote on an iPhone 6 glass repair and the girl first told me Id have to bring it in for a quote "because they needed to see it" .. Which makes no sense to me because I called other shops in the area and right off the back they quoted me a price with the information I gave them about my phone .. Then I got a little mad and asked her "why cant you give me a quote over the phone my glass is just cracked and the LCD is perfectly fine??.." Then I heard her asking someone the price and she said between $70-80, so I said "which one is it ?? .. $70 or is it $80 .." and hung up on them because they couldnt give me a price. Im guessing these people judge you based off your appearance because they kept saying I have to bring it in for them to quote me a price. Then the "OWNER" called me and left a voicemail saying he would do it for $70 .. Sorry but no thank you, you should of quoted me when I asked the first time. I didnt even have to come inside to see how horrible this place is. Then now that Im writing this I see there store has "88 reviews" lol .. How does a store thats only been open for a short period of time have that many review ??.. and almost all of them mention "Mike" lol. All of the people that wrote reviews only ever wrote one review. Something is fishy about this place I would not recommend this place at all !

Mike es el mejor en venta y reparación de celular aquí no ahí estrellas suficientes para darle. EXCELENTE vendedor y persona la tienda muy limpia y organizada. Los precios son acsecibles y si no Hasta financiamiento esta disponible. Se hablan inglés , palestino y poquito español. La verdad que lo recomiendo y más . Alsalam Malekum Salam . Ala bendiga .

I bought an iPhone 6 from them and three months later the screen is popping off and my screen is showing blue lines. Its been in the case since I got it and I have not dropped it or anything like that. I was very disappointed when I went there and they would not fix it for free although he did give me a lower price to fix it but I spent over $300 buying this phone the least they could do is repair the screen as it was not my fault for it not working. They seem like very nice people but this was poor customer service. Once I do get my phone fixed I wont be using any of their services .

RIP OFF!!! I was in need of a USB car charger. Since I was in the plaZa, I stopped by. I purchased the most basic one. I was charged $15 for 1 piece. Everywhere else I remembered was sold for $5.99 at the most. So I asked the girl was she sure of the price and she said yes. Ok I paid for it just bc I needed to make urgent phone call and phone was dead. but thats entirely too much .

Wonderful store!!! Mike is so kind and caring towards his customers and has their best interest at heart . Today I went in for the first time and I can honestly say I will be back and trust them with my phone and their honest opinions . Amazing deals :) and a store that is top of the line . FANTASTIC JOB!!! As a customer I highly recommend this store for any cellphone repairs and also purchase. The guys in here are very attentive and fast. They are also willing to work around what you have and keep you happy. The store is very quiet clean and well maintained. No Ratchetness lol. I came to simple mobile solution cause my port charger broke down so i made a call as soon as i was leaving work, i spoke to the gentleman on on the on my way there and told me he will get it fix as soon as 1 hr. Happy cause he kept his promise and now im on my way home happy knowing that my phone was fix. Thanks mobile solution techs.

My experience at tellfix was quick and amazing I really couldnt have+ asked for it to go any better. Best price in the entire town for repair best phone prices I drove an hour to see this guy. Very friendly and will do anything to please the customer . Definitely recommend this place if you need cell phone repair or shopping for a phone .
