These guys told me they could transfer my number and they almost did it. My phone I previously transferred my number from was still receiving text messages and calls. I went back in and the store manager was rude and denied any assistance without $15 fee. This is totally wrong and I should not be charged for her malpractice. Dont go to this store.

Looked online hours said 12pm- 9pm I get off work at 6:30pm.. I go to the store and make it there by 6:45pm and the doors are locked with the people inside also note the door hours say 10am-7pm which still means they closed early... Not very professional.. if there is a system problem they should post a notice on the door...

My experience here was not professional at all. We wanted to keep our plan 2 for $50 but she didnt want to help us at all! She was very defiant and told us to come back and see manager or owner when he comes in 4pm. I spoke to customer care and they said I absolutely can keep our plans. This is wrong and bad management.
