Originally I went to the store close to Sarasota Memorial. They talked me into buying. Their hum device. The manager who sold it to me said if I wasnt happy for any reason you would take it back within 30 days I did not like the features it didnt work very well and so I took it back 2 weeks later. And he wouldnt even speak to me in person he said they would not refund it even though one of their employees employees remove the device from my car. If you want that kind of service I tell you do not go to there A Verizon locations. So thats not all whenever I called to get it returned he said they do not take returns so bold-faced lie number one then I contacted regular Verizon and they reached out to the manager one more time he says oh I will take care of it is all a mistake. Bold-faced number 2. so I call back. I called back to the young man who remove the device and boss said hang up do not talk to him ridiculous he said they couldnt find it anywhere boldface number what number is it is so many for a manager to do that kind of business buyer beware tell people about it do not go to it do not tell him theyre going to rob you blind the manager. do you want to do business with somebody thats a bold-faced liar buyer beware!!

THIS IS NOT A VERIZON STORE. Its basically renting the name to sell their products. Youre far far better off visiting the Cortez store. At least there they can access our account.. Visited the store looking for an upgrade. Spent an hour inside while the employee handled two separate people at once. He told us a few times were better off visiting another store, plenty of cussing, and wishing no one had come in so he could drink coffee all morning while watching Netflix. While Id happily agree with the sentiment we left only to find out he opened two entirely new lines on our account instead of "Ordering the phones so theyd be in stock for us in the store come the end of the month." Have to file fraud reports and lockdown our account for lords know how long now because all we wanted to do was lower our plan and upgrade..

When I walked there were only two employees each helping a customer I was not greeted when I entered nor was I acknowledged the entire time I was in the store I was there for a solid 20 minutes and not once did either employee say hello or even we will be with you soon I was totally ignored. Customer service here was terrible I walked out and will be sure to only work with another Verizon store.

Fun and pleasant staff! They made purchasing a new phone not only easy and painless but also entertaining! . We will definitely be returning here for all our Verizon needs! 5 stars for awesomeness!

Had a very pleasant experience. Came in about an issue with my cloud not working, once she fixed that she informed me of a great deal for a new phone. I shall be coming to this store from now on!
