I called Metro today because my phone has been shut off now for 3 days. John answered my phone call and asked if he could put me on a brief hold and I said no Im sorry my phone has been shut off now for 3 days and I need help with how to turn it back on. John told me I cant talk right now have a good day and hung up. I called the store back and john answered the phone again. This time he answered the phone and said "this is john." Great customer service skills right? When he answered I asked why he hung up the phone on me in a professional workplace when all I wanted was help with my account? His response was "Im busy right now and I cant take your call." Hung up again. At this point this John character needs to take a customer service class because his communication skills and the way he handles a customer who pays hundreds of dollars a month is not okay with me or any other paying client. Whatever you do, do not call this store and for sure do not talk to John. He will be of no source of help what so ever.

I am so happy this store is near me, I purchased a new phone about a month ago and have come back to Metro PCS.A young man by the name of Matt Ortiz has been helping me quite frequently as I am a retired 73 year old lady living alone and was having difficulties. I was in and out of the store and on the phone several times. Matt has gone overboard and so out of his way to try and find a solution for me. He never is to busy to help and I see him all alone in there waiting on three people at the same time. He is so nice to everyone and patient and kind. What a great person to have in this very busy store. I just want him to have the recognition that he deserves. Thank you!
