Worst phone company out there. Hell they might even be the worst company period. They offer about zero customer service. They overcharge whenever they feel like it. All users phones lost service for about a week at one point without any reimbursement or even a sorry for your inconvenience. The app to pay bill hasnt worked since I got the phone and they told me it wasnt there problem? WTF? Ive paid my bill two or three times that the phone didnt even activate and I had to go to the store to get it fixed. They are thieves and snakes to treat their customers this way and I in no way support anyones decision to choose them as your wireless provider. I hope this review will keep others from choosing them and dealing with what I have. They really dont deserve anyones business.

The sales associate that assisted me was really nice. However I asked them to remove the insurance plan from my husband phone and we were still charged for it this past billing cycle. I was not too happy. I remember asking them to remove it because it was not worth the $62 we were being charged. If they did not remove this month I am not going to be happy. They are really cheap and worth the money. *** UPDATE *** I had to call the cricket customer care this month to once again remove the insurance from my husbands phone. They were suppose to remove it 2 months ago and it is finally off.
