One Talk from Verizon - BUYER BEWARE! My business has used the One Talk system for a few months. On a Monday, our busiest day, we realized the phone was not ringing. We called the main business line and found the line was dead, the call wasnt going through. We use Google adwords and other pay per click marketing that result in some leads costing up to $30 per call. Although we were paying for the calls, the calls were not getting through. We called Verizon and technical support said they fixed the issue. The next day we realized some calls were still not getting through. Again we called technical support, which told us there was a switching issue. They informed us a ticket would be put in to resolve the issue. They didnt seem to grasp the urgency this needed to be resolved. All together our phone service was interrupted for three days. This morning I meet with a Rep in the Upstate SC area. He informed me a trouble ticket was still open and he would credit our account $25. If you are a business owner reading this you can appreciate the impact of your phone system not working for three days, compounded by marketing cost not being converted into sales. If you are thinking about the Verizon One Talk System please do your homework. This new one talk system apparently has bugs to be worked out and Verizon seems to think $25 makes up for three days of downtime.

Verizon has been the best phone service I have ever had, but customer service almost caused me to jump ship and switch to another provider, and then one day I ran into taylor at the white horse rd store, and he took the time and effort to really go into details, as far as what we could do to keep me with Verizon, and after a very respectful conversation, and great customer service, it was taylor as to why I ended up staying on with Verizon. Not only did I stay with Verizon, but taylor has went out of his way several times to check in and make sure I was getting the best service possible and really represents the qualities of customer service that really gives customers a great experience. If it was not for taylor I would have left and went somewhere else without a doubt, but instead I am pleased to say I love my new phone, and new plan and I agreed to another two yrs with Verizon. So make a long story short. If you want good customer service and someone who knows how to treat there customers, taylor is your man at the white horse rd store in Greenville sc.

Last night I came into this store because I was having issues with my iPhone being locked after an update. I met with issac. He was an excellent help. Of all the times I have been to a Verizon store he was the only one to take out the time to try and help me with my issue and not just send me away confused. He worked at it for nearly an hour. Although he was not able to fix my issue, he expressed deep sorrow because he couldnt get it fixed. Issac if you get to read this I want you to know how thankful I am that there are people in this world like you. I will recommend that anyone who needs assistance with anything Verizon related go see issac. He is the only one to treat me as if I were family and hold my hand through the entire process. I have been with Verizon for nearly 10 years now. A few weeks ago, it was time for another upgrade and Id narrowed down my choices from 5 to 2. When I went in the Verizon store, I was greeted by Jason who turned out to be absolutely amazing!!! He was very helpful in the decision-making process and although I didnt go with his favorite, he supported my decision and made the upgrade process the best one Ive ever had. Jason has since followed up to ensure I am still happy with my purchase and to let me know if theres anything I need to go with the phone, hes just a phone call away. He is an exceptional sales associate and Verizon is lucky to have him on their team! Thank you Jason and Verizon!

A couple of months ago, I spoke with a gentleman named Jason from the White Horse Verizon store, about switching my service over from AT&T to Verizon. He was able to help me out and make the transition effortless. Not only did he help me out that day, but he also has remained in contact with me and when I need help switching plans around, he does so, without any hesitation. Customer service is top notch with the reps there and I know who to contact if I ever have questions about my account. I would definitely recommend this location.

I was very impressed with my sales associate Kim Saffi from her professional helpful attitude to her caring personality. It was a very smooth transition experiencing my upgrade to the new IPhone 6s. She helped me with all accessories and any questions I had. It was defiantly the best experience I have had with Verizon. She didnt give up helping me at any point of my experience. If you go to this store you need to ask for Kim Saffi! Peace ✌

I had the pleasure of working with Mr. Dale Stephens today. He is extremely professional and absolutely genuine. After only a few minutes, I could tell that he not only loves what he does, he truly cares about his customers! He is an upstanding member of the Greenville Community as well as an Ambassador for Verizon. I recommend only dealing with Mr. Stephens. He will take care of you as if you were a member of his own family!

I went in this store because my phone stopped working. I didnt have an upgrade available so I couldnt get a new phone. The guy working worked hard to figure out the problem even though he knew he wasnt gonna get any money. He did a reset or something like that and now my phone works really good again. They were great and next time I need a phone or have a problem Im going back.

We have been with Sprint for over 20 years, but now live in an area where Sprint does not have very good coverage. While on vacation here in SC, we talked with Madalyn at this location. She was very helpful in explaining how the verizon plans work and which one would fit our needs the best. She was very friendly and personable. Thank you Madalyn for your time and help.

We have been with Verizon for many years. Our bill recently started going higher, so we came in and spoke to a representative who was extremely helpful!!! He helped us to lower our bill by almost $50 a month and showed us why the bill had started climbing. This fellow knew all kinds of hidden iPhone secrets and he was so willing to share with us!!! Yea Verizon!!!

Great service. Went in with a software issue and the sales lady (kim, was her name I think) could have gave me the tech support # and sent me on my way, but instead she said she would call and get it taken care of and thats exactly what she did. A few moments and a pass or two on some upsell and I was on my way with a working phone again.
