While visiting the Verizon store in Hendersonville NC Friday night, One of the employees (Manger Im guessing) was anything but pleasant. She was rude, arrogant, ignorant and full of attitude. I was embarrassed because the other customers overheard her tone and starred at me. This resulted in me cancelling my service and moving to another service provider because of how I was treated that night. I am STILL upset with what happened. People with attitudes like this should NOT be working in an environment such as this one. I do NOT remember the ladies name but I remember she was tall with blonde hair.

I got a Moto Z Droid about a week ago (its awesome BTW) and instead of having a USB port it comes with an adapter that plugs into the charging port. I thought it would be nice to have an extra so I could keep one attached to my headphones and one in my car, so I went back to Verizon to buy one. Unfortunately they dont sell them in the store but they gave me one off of a display model that wouldnt be sold anyway at no charge. Whaaaaat? Yep, free adapter, how cool are those guys? Ive never had a bad experience in a Verizon store, their customer service is top notch.

Never written a review for a cellular provider before... this review is not really for Verizon overall, as I have had my share of problems with all the big providers (ATT, Verizon, Sprint), this is a review for this particular store location at 1602 Four Seasons Blvd ONLY. The staff at this store all seem to have a helpful and friendly attitude, the wait is never long, they seem organized and I have not dreaded going in there when I have needed something. Normally, I DREAD going into these places. This is the only one that has been okay!

I honestly love Verizon. Ive had there service for the last 7 years but honestly the customer service is really going down hill. I was just in here today stood around waiting for someone to help me for 13 minutes. Everyone just looked at me and one sales rep even asked out loud (trying to whisper) what I was doing there but no one bothered to help. Two customers walked in after me and they helped them even though I was there first. So I left. That is ridiculous. I am so disappointed.

10 years with Verizon. There are a few good people in this store and does not reflect the 2 stars. Review This Verizon store in particular is quick to rip you off and managers are worthless to help to fix whatever damage was done by the salesmen. Youre are scared to sign on the line. Managers were rude and offer worthless solutions which can be done yourself online. Management needs cleansing and should take a full hospitality course.

This store is horrible as well as all others. They make you wait, then if you are changing something on the account, they do not tell you all of the charges. Get you to sign a tablet.. then print out charges that you dont see. This is fraud. The store manager was guiding the rep that was making changes to my account and NOT ONE TIME did they tell me about the extra charges. THIS IS FRAUD!!! VERIZON IS A FRAUD!!!

Dont waste your time! The poorest customer service that I have ever had with any phone company! I have 4 phones and internet with Verizon, at about $300.00+ a month bill that is paid on time. Lol! What poor wireless service. My 30 year old CB gets better reception! Really Verizon, get your act together! I and my family, neighbors are (NOT) getting the service that we are (PAYING FOR)!!!!

I was honest about the reason I was in this store to look at flip phones and I was honest about not planning to buy a phone at this time but the salesman told me he was not going to waste there time pulling any phones out of the back if I was not going to buy one. Did he not realize I was still a verizon customer? No worrys of me shadowing that doorstep again

I had a belt clip and case combo. for my Galaxy 6 that broke within a month of purchasing it. I was asked if I needed help immediately after entering the store, and explained my situation. I had already discarded my receipt, but Jessica replaced it for me, no questions asked! Amazing customer service! Thank you very much!

The sales associates at this Verizon location are awesome! They are always accommodate, one lady Kiesha (I think) is great! She makes me feel welcomed and doesnt roll her eyes when my child gets wild! The downfall of this store is the wait time, no matter when you go expect to wait, a while!

terrible experience with the staff at this store. was told an iPhone would transfer to Verizon and a then proceeded to get the run around from staff and supervisor. totally frustrating and maddening when unethical salespeople waste your time and money. avoid

Not super impressed by the customer service and knowledge at this store. I have a prepaid phone and I really felt as though I was a less valued customer. Products and prices are typical of any other Verizon store.

Theres usually a wait. Customer service is decent but they dont always get it right which is a little disappointing sometimes since you go there because you expect the people there to know the answers.

Very helpful staff. I was in and out in a few minutes. Sometimes the computer systems mess up but I struck a conversation with a few of the guys and they made the wait fun. Im now a regular here.
