I dropped in requesting a rebate form as my husband and I had just purchased two phones and Verizon has a special running we qualified for..... However since I live closer to this Verizon store I thought I would drop in and pick up the rebate form with no problem! Seeing how I called the Verizon store on St Rd 64 earlier and was told I could get one at any Verizon store. NOT the case I was treated rudely by PETE and was told the rebate did not apply to our purchase when my husband and I had already twice cleared it with the University store... I asked the gentleman not to worry about the details could I just have the forms? He instructed me to drive back to Verizon on University that he could not / PETE would not (lets be honest) help me... When it is pouring rain outside. We also went to this store originally as it is closer to our home to purchase our new phones. Not only were we treated the same they were asking for more money. This is why we even bothered going to a different store... Now.... Verizon on St Road 70 and Lwr Blvd you have lost our business for good and hopefully others.. I have a big mouth and many friends :-D
