Went there today because my phone was off line there was a guy there in training by the name of Hector. The other guy training him was rude and had no clue how to fix my problem said OK reset come back if dont work in 30 mins took it to the gibsonton store fixed it in 2 mins really nice guy there by the name of Juan Riverview store really hateful staff

There quick. The process to get a phone turned on is pretty quick. I dont like how they charge a convenience fee when really all it is. is the fee for them to have access to or a contract with card payments
