They seem deceptively helpful at first. Then you receive your bill you find out that they lied about the pricing and discounts. I was told that by putting a down payment on my phone with the Verizon Edge plan I could lower my monthly bill from there until the end of the contract. After contacting customer service at Verizon I was told that is not true. They apply the down payment to the end of the contract so you have less payments to make over all, but it doesnt lower your monthly equipment charge. If I had known the truth I wouldnt have put down a few hundred dollars to try and keep my monthly bill low. Overall Verizon isnt a bad company, however the reps at this store are bad apples. Take your business to another Verizon store because the employees at this location do get sales perks. Take away those incentives because the employees at this location DO NOT deserve them. Lying to customers to obtain sales is unethical.

DO NOT GO HERE! I bothered to drive there and speak live and in person with an in-store representative. I had his attention for about 25 seconds, then the phone rang. Instead of excusing himself from the calller, I was ignored while the intruder suddenly had all of Dustins attention. When I asserted myself, the mood became irritated and dismissive, and apparently I was a nuisance to the representative. Things went downhill from there. Verizon charges premium rates for their services, and it is no secret that the CEO is laughing all the way to the bank. The very least I would expect is a courteous interchange from the Verizon Premium Retailer representative, with respect and attention. This is far from the service I received, and no apology was received from the in-store Rep. for his conduct. Shopping now for another carrier that will treat me like a valued customer.

Traveling non stop has given me ability to walk into entirely too many Verizon stores all across the nation. In those visits all too often I am left...shall we say disenchanted, dissapointed. Having stopped in here I was taken immediately by smiling faces eager to help and being made to feel not only as though I was a long time friend, but that my time was important and that my business was top priority. Cole and his crew run the best store I have been in, period!

When I first walked into this store, my sales person was very helpful. However, from that point on I had nothing but major problems. Attitude from staff and dont even get me started on the regional manager! Less than willing to help would be an understatement. Plus it seemed I was misinformed about things every time I turned around. RUN, dont walk, and find a real Verizon store to help but stay far away from this one!

I would just like to advise everybody that if you need any Verizon services come to the Verizon store in Parrish look for Daniel or Cole they are excellent they will walk you through everything they will be here the next day and the day after to continued support services and the new staff its just come in I dont know who they are but theyre wonderful also and thank you very much for being here

no direct store #? called and was connected to an automated message with a series of "press 1, press 2 blah blah blah) and then finally a call center... seriously? call center was very pushy and did NOT want me to hang up without ordering their product and promised a much better price than any verizon retail store. i hung up on the guy. should have a direct # listed, dont waste peoples time.

Wonderful experience! Kendall is amazing,,, she spent almost 3 hours with us helping us get our new phone set up and even went out to the car to set the car phone up. She explains everything so well and it works so well with the customers. She has a great personality, very thorough and extremely knowledgeable. Thank you Kendall

This store is fantastic! My salesman Marquise is beyond wonderful. He was patient with an older gal such as myself, and his knowledge of the product was limitless. He took his time explaining things to me in a thorough way, and left me feeling confident. I never want a different salesperson. My husband feels the same way! :)

The manager was incredibly helpful. I left the store with all the accessories I needed...cases, chargers. He very thoroughly explained my bill and even introduced me to a plan that would lower my bill, even though I upgraded my phone. I have been a customer of his personally for over three years and wont go anywhere else.

Daniel Perez argued with me about a discount I was supposed to get but the manager stepped in and said we were supposed to get it. Looking at my account online now (8 hours later) he never gave it to me. Ive been on the phone with Verizon for 47 minutes now trying to get it corrected. All for $25. Thanks Daniel, pos.

Terrible Store. Incompetent staff selling plans they know nothing about. I am still trying to fix screw ups created by them with Verizon Wireless. Verizon lost me as a customer because of their lack of intelligence. Go with T-Mobile! I did after my account was irreversibly changed by their stupidity. Stay away!

Sales people pushing any product even if its junk for a paycheck. The store in Parrish Florida is the worst!!!! Stay away!!! I drive farther to a different location to avoid these fools. Id drive even farther if theyd let return this junk product and go to a real store with real help from intelligent employees.

AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!! They lie about their prices and overcharge!! The gentleman in the wheelchair is arrogant beyond belief. How this guy even has a customer relations job is unbelievable. Dont spend a single dime in this place as it will be twice what you thought you would be spending.
