We were planning on getting a family plan with five lines. While at the Cricket location in Riverview a customer with a problem came in. She had purchased insurance for one of her phones and was having problems with the company that deals with returns etc. The person who was supposed to be a manager at the Cricket location was very rude to the woman customer. The manager was a man. He not only refused to help her he insulted her and called the police on her. My family was so put out by this that they said, no way mom. They agreed that the guy was a jerk to the woman. To us it seemed like what kind of help(or not) we would get if we were to encounter a problem with our service or phones. We did not sign up with Cricket wireless.

Your previous review is invaild. LG is a phone brand. Cricket it a service. You have to unlock the phone to switch the phone to a different service provider. I feel so bad for this generation. This review" Very bad company LG and Cricket great phone service that only works for Cricket only. Even after thay lie and said you can get a code to lrt metro turn on service WHICH Cricket could not do. So new LG phone that is no good unless you stay with Cricket. Pour service and also LG and Cricket deserves each other. Buy buy Circket AND LG.

My husband and I got new phones there last night and are extremely happy. We got a fantastic deal, great phones, wonderful service and the guys were super helpful and friendly. I HIGHLY recommend switching to Cricket and going to this store if youre looking for a new phone.

Horrible . closed at 745pm. 4 people standing around inside. I knocked on door and they tell me there cleaning. Clearly i can see they were not. Disrespectful and everytime i try to pay my bill they cant find me in there system.???? Disappointing. Metro Pcs here i come

Great experience with Derrick and Shady. Cricket is using Att network so it was an easy switch from Verizon. After researching my options for no contract I searched nearest cricket and made the switch within 10 minutes. Highly recommended.
