Every experience with this particular kiosk has been very terrible. Mike "assisted" my aunt with very rude demeanor. Initially trying to sell my aunt an iPad and activate service on it. My aunt told him she just need to pay a bill for me because it was over due and I was at work. He was very adamant about the iPad. When she asked for the specific amount due on the account. He told her he couldnt release the information of how much is due, but he could take the money and put it on the account. This is the same guy who tried to "sell" an iPad and if he couldnt verify the account then how is he trying to sell an IPad. When I called that store, Mike picked up and I asked for the manager. He notified me he is the manager, which is very disappointing. I continued and informed him that our experiences at that kiosk have been disappointing. He started attacking and saying that my aunt was not able to receive any information and she wasnt willing to call any of the account holders for how much was due. Which is a lie she had called me, because I have a voicemail from her. I couldnt receive calls initially because my service was down. My aunt did fortunately get the bill paid and was informed how much was due at another Tmobile Store inside of the same mall (GO THERE INSTEAD). I went ahead and informed Mike "the manager" about this and he told me i can file a complaint. I thought he was talking about himself, but then it hit me he was speaking about the representative that worked at the other store. I dont understand why i would want to complain about someone helping me, I did end up telling Mike I really wanted to file complain towards him. Customer service is a must for me and this was the complete opposite of what was expected of this Tmobile Kiosk. This is not the first time we have had a bad experience either. Every time my mother goes to pay her bill at this kiosk, this guys attack her like a hawk to buy other things. Our family will not be coming to this store or buying anything from the commission ran establishment. PLEASE GO TO THE ACTUAL STORE INSTEAD OF THIS KIOSK!

I have been a T-Mobile customer for many years. I mostly do business with them online, on the phone(tech support) or I drive ALL THE WAY over to International Mall. I DO NOT use this location even tho it is conveniently located with its own door to the outside of the mall. The reason is they are always so very short of staff. I always give up and leave before they get to me. I honestly prefer to drive across Tampa for help and am in fact renewing 4 lines on our plan over there becuase I just cant deal with the lack of support at this place. Last week I had a return, which I had purchased on the way to the airport at the International Mall. It malfunctioned and when I tried to return it at this location, after standing in a long line that did not move, they told me "they were not authorized to give me a full refund, I would need to go back where I purchased it". Well, I did go to International Mall and was told they certainly could have handled it. They took such good care of me, I am now their customer.

Our phone buying experience was awesome. But typical "after the sale" customer service was horrible. We purchased our phones Saturday and by Monday we broke the screen on one. You could imagine how that would make someone feel. Mad and sad all at once. But we purchased insurance so we figured wed go to T-Mobile and figure out how to make a claim. Our sales guy Randall (who was awesome) wasnt working. Juan another sales rep talked to us like we had 3 heads because we were trying to figure out what to do. Jessica the store manager was rude and instead of trying to diffuse an upset customer and show empathy towards us she was nasty and defensive which made us more upset. I regret switching over now. They have a 14 day exchange policy but Jessica "the store manager" not so kindly pointed out "we know you damaged it so no you cant bring it back". Customer service at its finest......

The kiosk in Brandon mall is the one I always go to for my service needs and any issues I may have and the whole staff is friendly and very helpful. They treat you with care and give you the best options and dont just beat around the bush like most salesman nowadays do. Thanks for the good service.
