I purchased a case and a screen protector on November 24. The guy then mentioned for $10 extra dollars, he could replace my husbands screen protector that had a slight crack. Ok, fine. A few days later, I noticed my screen protector started to peel up from the sides. I went back on November 29 to have them replace it. They refused to help me stating there is no warranty for screen protectors. Then the girl tried to tell me it could have happened from sliding my phone in my back pocket and proceeded to tell me they cant prove if it was them or me. I dont even put my phone in my back pocket! I looked at her in disbelief because I couldnt believe the inexcusable crap that was coming out of her mouth. I told her its just been a few days since I was here and I would have been in sooner but it was Thanksgiving and they were closed. Then she says for 5 dollars she could fix it. I told her I just spent $70 dollars and it isnt right that I have to pay anything. The guy that actually serviced my phone was there and pretended we werent even in existence. The day of my purchase, he actually took apart my phone to place the screen protector and put the case on. I dont believe it was my doing. I do believe he may not have placed the screen protector properly or cleaned my phone thoroughly enough, or it could just be a defect. It is just the right thing to do to make things good with your customer! Its not like I was showing up 15 or 30 days later. I also dont understand how this company tracks its pricing because as I stated, the first time I was there the guy threw in "for ten bucks", he would fix my husbands screen, then when I went back, the girl initially rejects helping me at all but then after I kept going on about it, tells me "for 5 dollars", she could fix it?!?! Are they just pulling numbers out of the air? Completely unprofessional and TERRIBLE customer service. Lastly, I requested my receipt to be emailed, which never came through! The girl asked me for my receipt and I couldnt provide that because it was at that moment I realized it wasnt in my email, which she then said it didnt matter anyway because they cant help me. When I left, I scrolled through all my email boxes. I had to call today (12/1) and had them email it again and gave them my husbands email too, which STILL didnt show up. Do not ask for this company to email you a receipt. Its likely not to come through. Overall, I will never go back here again! I am disappointed and disgusted knowing I paid $70 and these people wont make the situation right by replacing the screen protector!

On 9/23/12 I purchased a Rapture case for my phone. I had to return it on 9/26/12 because the silicone was protruding and irritating my ear and face when I was using my phone. I looked on the receipt and saw that it had a 7 day return or exchange. I took the case back and was told that I could return it but there would be a 10% restocking fee. I didnt agree with this because it wasnt on the receipt anywhere about a restocking fee. The manager then showed me a small sign on the other side of the displays that did note the restocking fee but the sign was not in a sight that a customer checking out would see it. As the guy refunded for the case, he charged my card again instead of refunding and in turn had to refund 2 transactions. When I got home, I looked over my receipts and realized that I had actually been charged a 20% restocking fee! I called the store back this morning and was told that it was a 20% fee and not 10% fee...What makes this the worse is that I bought their last case that day, While I was there getting the refund a guy was there wanting a case so they turned right around and sold the case that I was returning to him, and didnt even "restock" anything. My original transaction was $52.99 and after being refunded minus the screen saver that I didnt return I only got back $33.91. I do not feel that their return policy is truthful. If they have a restock fee it should be properly listed on the receipt with the other refund/exchange information. I have called and asked for the store manager to call me before reporting them for not being truthful about their policies to the Better Business Bureau.

AWFUL EXPERIENCE ~ Dropped off an Ipad 2 to have a screen repaired and was told that it would take 24 hours or less and someone would call me to let me know it was done. 28 hours later I call and go to pick it up - only to find it was poorly replaced. The screen is uneven, the home button is crooked, the screen moves when you touch it and she pulled it on and off so much that it doesnt stick anymore. Asked for a replacement and told it would be the weekend before I could get it back - so much for same day service. Asked for a refund and was told no - Paid for a screen to be repaired and ended up with an Ipad that doesnt work and wont turn off.

I cracked my phone 2 days ago, called got a quote on the price and time to repair. It was pretty reasonable, I dropped my phone off and when I got it back the phone screen was good and repaired, but the front camera has two small pieces of glass in it as well as 3 small pieces of glass under the glass screen and fingerprints. I wish they wouldve taken the time to fully clean the LCD screen and camera out before putting the glass screen on. I send a email to them and hopefully will get a respond soon, will change this review if they can fix the problem.

This store replaced our iphone 6 screen 4 months ago and now is not responding to touch. Therefore does not work half the time. We spent over $200 on a new screen, glass screen protector and a phone case that was suggested to keep phone safe. Apparently we have negated the warranty from Apple and are ONE MONTH over the 90 days guarantee. The store WILL NOT help in any way because we have had their new screen for 1 month too long. Terrible customer service with a manager that was totally unhelpful. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!! Be very wary.

I brought my daughters ipod 5 in to fix the glass. They ordered it and fixed it within a week. However, we quickly realized the camera then did not work. It took 3 visits (only the Manager could help for some reason) and then he had to order parts. Two more visits and the part still wasnt in (did they really order it?). This whole process went on for 2 months. Not pleased that I take something in to be fixed and end up with something else being broken. The ipod still isnt fixed so I consider my money wasted.

Cellairis in Haywood mall is thee best! The staff is amazing and willing to get right in there and help you out. They was able to fix my phone and get me in and out of there in 30 mins tops. And I got me a cool case that the staff help make right there for me. I recommend this store.. Ill never go any where else but here! Thanks again brad & heather for all the help your store rocks!
