I have never experienced such horrible/rude customer service in my life. I went there to get a new iphone 6 and Dale, the utterly rude sales rep, told me they only had the 16GB in stock (which I totally understand and was expecting). When I asked him if he thought that any other stores in town may have a 64GB in stock he rudely explained that they were on backorder and would not be in stock for a while. A little caught off guard at his response and unapologetic tone after receiving the news about the backorder, I asked if I ordered one (of the very expensive phones) could I bring it into the store to have all of my pictures and contacts transferred to my new phone. Dale, being his typical rude self, told me that I would simply just use my iCloud. I told him that I really do not like iCloud and I would prefer to have my stuff just transferred in the store, which is when Dale decided to grab my phone and search through my settings without my permission to tell me that I was already using my iCloud. Little does Dale know, but I am an avid apple user with an iPhone, iPad, MacBook, and iPod touch. Dale, I know how iCloud works, thank you. Finally, he told me that the store was getting rid of the machine that transfers information from one phone to the next (which I know for a fact they do for you still at other locations). After asking him about what the upgrade would do to my plan and receiving another rude, condescending response, I finally left the store without ordering any new phone. I STRONGLY recommend finding a different verizon location if you appreciate good customer service. If you must go to this location, I suggest requesting someone other than Dale unless you enjoy being patronized. Also, I have tried to call the store to tell a manager about my experience, hoping that Dale will not treat anyone else this way, and I have been waiting for over an hour for a manager to call me back. Hopefully they are busy teaching Dale how to treat customers.

I went in to this store to talk about why I was upset about my billing/data plan and the CSR Joey gave me the worst customer service I have ever had, and no I am not exaggerating. My question was why I did not receive the new/better data plan price that Verizon has currently advertised? He told me the new data plan came out in June, so I asked why I did not receive the better data plan then? He said because you changed your data plan on the APP in June. I said ok so am I missing why I wasnt offered the new plan? I told him I even talked to a CSR on the phone in June and he still did not offer me the better plan. Then with an argumentative attitude and this is his exact response, "I dont know why you are mad at us when the plan you want was not offered yet?" I thought maybe he was confused about dates so I explained it to him again with the dates and he still gave me the same response... So moving forward he then proceeds to tell me he can set me up on the new plan now but I can not be reimbursed for the previous months, even though my family has given Verizon business for over a decade. I told him that I just want to close the account today and I will find a better provider. He pushes the keyboard forward abruptly and while he is walking away, he says, "When you get a new provider we will close your account. Verizon, is this really the customer experience you want portrayed to your clientele?

The sales representative was very rude and unprofessional. I wanted to upgrade to a Share Everything plan. I currently have two smart phones and wanted to add a third. He told me I had gone over my data plan the previous month and I needed to go to a 6GB plan. That was a complete lie, I am well under the 4GB data usage. We decided to move forward anyway, when we told him we were not going to buy a case he ridiculed us. I told him Verizon was not the only store which sold cases. He rudely responded that the other places would not provide a warranty. When we were close to closing the transaction I asked the final amount and it was more than the amount to which we previously discussed. At that point I left the store. I am not sure if Joey is representative of all the reps or the entire store. Later I went to the Woodruff road location. I was able to upgrade to the Share Everything plan for about the same amount I am paying now for three phones. Which is about $30 less per month than the Congaree Road location. Furthermore the rep was not very knowledgeable about the product. When we asked him about some of the features of the Samsung Galaxy III he basically said, I dont know I am more of an iPhone guy.

Got there and got service then when we had to fill out a insurance claim on a tablet so the representative helping us went to help another customer which was cool. Then we waited for him to finish with the customer he was currently helping and he never came back to help us like he said. There were 3 employees of the store standing near the door talking and laughing so I asked one of them to come clarify an issue with the insurance claim he told me he would get someone to bring me a phone number for customer service. Stood there for 15 minutes watching them continue talking and not helping any customers then he didnt even get me the number for customer service. Final got help from another employee working in the store he told me they would overnight a new phone to me through insurance and it would be on my porch in the morning even with the holidays. Now it says it wont be delivered till tuesday instead of Friday. Poor customer service and staff will never be going back to this location

Walk in a person nicely greets you ask what will you be needed in help with today then inputs your name onto the waiting list....Im told you are next on the list So I wait my turn just to have two sales clerks walk out ask him whos next and I can hear him say my name and they still went to help the people who where standing closer to them at the moment people who had just walked in the door....this was at the haywood mall Congaree store location this is my third time going to this particular store and out of three times only one experience was good. Beacause I know Verizon as a company provides better customers service than this particular store does Ill just be sure not to go to this location again but they need some More training in better customer service. They darn sure get paid enough to treat people better than they do.

PORT ON PHONE WAS CLOGGED WITH LENT WHICH MADE CHARGING DIFFICULT. REP MADE MINIMAL EFFORT TO CLEAN BUT DID OFFER TO SELL ME INSURANCE ON PHONE. DIDNT WANT TO ARGUE WITH EMPLOYEE WITH NO MOTIVATION TO ASSIST ON MATTER WITH NO POTENTIAL COMMISSION SO TOOK TO GREER STORE WHERE PROBLEM WAS QUICKLY RESOLVED. I WORK IN SIMILAR INDUSTRY WHERE I MAKE COMMISSION BUT ALSO MUST ROUTINELY HELP CUSTOMERS RESOLVE ISSUES I MAKE NOTHING ON. ITS CALLED BUILDING RELATIONSHIPS SO THEY RETURN FOR THE THINGS YOU DO PROFIT ON. I HAVE RECEIVED GREAT HELP AT THE CONGAREE STORE BEFORE. JUST DEPENDS ON WHO YOU GET FOR ASSISTANCE LIKE MOST PLACES.
