Take your money somewhere else unless you just want to throw it away. The good reviews on here are probably from friends/family of the employees or were bribed like they tried to do to us. Brought my daughters iPhone 5 in to replace the lcd digitizer as the screen went black one day and wouldnt come back after trying the options listed on the Apple forum. The phone was fully functional before that day. We brought the phone in on Saturday, March 12 for the screen replacement. Upon checking to see if the new screen worked, it was a little slow but the rep said that it would get better once the phone was charged. The cameras were not checked and we didnt think anything of it since they worked before. We got home to find that the front camera does not work and the phone no longer has a drag down menu for notifications. We took the phone back today, March 14 (they have a 60 day warranty), and a different rep who reeked of weed refused to address the issues, stating that there was no way for them to know if the front facing camera worked before or if the notification bar had issues before. They replaced the entire front of the phone, lcd screen, digitizer, camera. We stood there and watched the boy do it, yet now they are denying this and saying they put the old camera in. After the associate told us this we walked to the Apple store to ask how much it would be to replace the front camera. The Apple associate confirmed that the front camera and screen only come as one piece, so in order to replace the camera the screen would need to be replaced. So we walked back to iFix to tell what we had learned from Apple, and the guy replied, "I dont know why they would tell you that, thats not right." Thankfully the manager did finally get involved and got it taken care of, but only if we left a good review on here, otherwise it would cost additional money. The camera on this screen is not as sharp as a legit Apple lcd and the home button kind of sticks. But I think well deal with this just so we dont have to go back to this place. Spend the extra money and get your phone fixed by Apple, if anything to save yourself from the hassle and being bribed to put a decent review to get the service they should be giving.

I purchased a set of ear buds for a Christmas present on Dec. 10, 2012. On Dec 25th they were opened and put into an iPod. When they were removed the wire came loose from the plug. An obvious defect in mfg. I tried to return them for replacement after Christmas and was told that the warranty was just 7 days. That means that the warranty had expired 7 days before they were even opened. Why is this policy not shown when something is purchased at this shop. I can only guess that this store only sells defective merchandise and does not want to stand by it. I paid triple what I could have bought a set for at WalMart and got a life time warranty. Had I known about their return policy I would not have walked in their front door. My advice is steer clear of this store.

I walked in completely dreading the fact that I was going to have to pay for what I knew to be a costly repair. Per the Apple Store not only would it be costly but Id have to wait another day for the technician. A friend told me about the ifix store and I thought oh well I have nothing to lose. I walked in and Bryan greeted me with a cheerful smile. I told him my dilemma and he asked me to wait patiently while he figured out the problem. Not only did he immediately pin point the issue but determined that the underlying cause was soooo minor that the service was free of charge. Thank you so much Bryan that was very honest and spectacular of you!!!!

I couldnt be happier. I broke my wifes MacBook Pro RETINA display which is a very costly mistake (from Apples standards). I ended up just purchasing a new display assembly and was going to attempt to replace it myself. My lack of experience with intricate electronic replacements led me to call Nuno and Matt at IFixandRepair. They fixed it within 24 hours at a fair price and hassle -free. Wife dropped it off before worked, picked it up when she got off. Bam - easy as that. I would highly recommend these guys. Thanks again Nuno!

I got my screen fixed on my iPhone 6 and as soon as I left I noticed white lines going down one half of my screen. I went back and they said the "parts were defective" and they "fixed" it again. The next day the bottom left corner stopped responding (the part that I need most). Two days later, I took it back to get "fixed" again but they said the new parts would be in on Monday the next week. Im tired of having to drive all of the way to the mall to get this fixed when I paid $130 to get it fixed the first time!

I came in today to repair my iPhone 6, and Bryan and CJ were very helpful and cooperative with what I needed. They gave me multiple options and advice on the best deal possible to fix my broken screen, and it was repaired efficiently and at a better price compared to all other repair shops in the Tampa area. Both guys were great dudes, Im glad I chose Ifixandrepair at the Brandon mall. Will definitely go there next time I need something done. Best prices indeed!

Excellent service, broke my screen and went here for repair. From the jump, they let me know what other possible issues may come up with the phone due to other things that broke as well. They let me know that it may be not beworth my while to get the phone fixed and referred me to other helpful options. I got another phone while in the mall, and they even helped me transfer my files, all without me spending a penny there. Excellent people.

These guys are great!! I walked into their store just on a whim because I needed some help placing the protective screens on my iPads. They said "no problem " and put them on for me. They were very willing and ready to help me out.... that speaks a lot about their courtesy and hospitality towards customers. They are very knowledgable about the service they provide. My iphone screen kept popping up on the side and wouldnt closed properly. After searching online for several repair shops, I decided to stop by IFixandRepair. Bryan was very helpful in checking out my phone and letting me know the issue was just the battery. Within 15 minutes, I was out the door to enjoy the rest of my day. My poor iPhone 6s was in bad shape after I dropped it in the road and it was subsequently run over by at least one vehicle. Screen shattered, both cameras flattened and unfunctional. Frankly, I wasnt expecting much. I was very pleasantly surprised when Matt was able to restore all functions within just a few minutes, good as new. All with a friendly smile. Dont hesitate to bring your device here; very professional.
