Ive been in and out several times, this past time I was in I was helped by a supposed lead who knew nothing and used swear words which I dont think was very professional, also there was a lot of PDA from the same lead who was supposed to be helping me. He overall was very unprofessional I was very shocked that sprint allows this. I believe his name is joanathan actually Im sure it is! Stay away from him terrible service to be considered a lead!

I was returning a phone case at Marshalls, the clerk told me to go to my carrier. Sprint was in the same area. I went in and they were great. They told me about the waterproof and drop proof case and even put it on my phone for me. I would highly recommend them and will go there when I need help with my phone.
