I have been complaining about the quality of the service in this story for no less than 4 years, but no one seems to care. They do not have enough employees to take care of customers and the store stock is almost always insufficient. The last time I was in the store the store manager was beyond rude. He told me he would help and waited until he got a round to it. I had to take the frozen product back the freezer because I had to wait so long. I finally settled for the next best thing that they had in the store. I had to return the frozen product again. The manager actually had the nerve to laugh at me. This is not the first time that he has done this when I complained about the quality of the service and the lack of stock in the store. The only reason I keep going to this store is because it is with in blocks of my house. Time to stop wasting my time. Calling Lake Land does no good either.

This Publix has the stupidest individuals working in their Deli/Sub area. Time after time after time after time they screw up subs, forget things you literally tell them seconds earlier. Their lazy, slow, poorly trained, and generally seem to be the literal bottom of the skilled labor force. The manager today checked 2 different subs 3 times in order to let us know which sub was mine and which was my fathers. 3 times and still screwed it up. Stupid, maybe.......mentally challenged, certainly. Anyone looking to get the wrong sandwich (sub), slowly made, and marked incorrectly, this is your spot! Oh, by the way, this store is poor at everything they do....EVERYTHING! They should have keep this store closed.

I Typically dont leave reviews, but after my experience the past few months I felt the urge for Publix to know how there employees effect volume. Since this publix was reopened its seems that all the employees lack training or management, so I waiting to give my feedback. The past few days I have gone and waiting 20 minutes for a sub to realize they dont have certain ingredients. Today Yolanda helped me and did an amazing job as she watched her fellow co workers move in slow motion. She was polite, had a smile on her face, and works twice as fast. Thanks to her I will return. If it wasnt for her assisting me I would rate this publix a 1 star.

Recently rebuilt from the ground up from an old style Publix, lost something in the transition. I remember when it was "our" Publix with the old guys drinking coffee up from every morning most of the old staff left and never came back. Now a generic Publixs thats not as nice as some. Hot parking lot with a few recently planted twigs, shade in ten years. Staff is great. Front inside is missing sun light with a hole in the wall cave eating area. Where would you like to shop and drink your coffee? No wait, what coffee? Not corporates best effort.

LOCAL TOUR GUIDES PLEASE TAKE NOTE: While inside the store, I was prompted to take some photos to share. I did snap two pics one of the Deli and one of the Bakery. A manager ( I am assuming the Deli Manager) came up to me and stated that they do not allow pics to be taken within the store. I advised him I was a Google Tour Guide and was just updating interior pics (none of course of the staff). But I did comply with his request. Please be aware as you do not find yourself in the same uncomfortable situation.

Coming from someone who is "disabled", this Publix certainly does have the amenities and staff to assist people of all abilities. They take pride in their store with wide clean open aisles. There is typically someone always available to assist you or your need of any kind or help within seconds to minutes from in the store shopping or all the way out to your vehicle when done shopping. They welcome everyone, enjoy your visit, I always do.

Guess what, the employees were as polite and helpful as they are every other Publix. I needed help with a certain item and a department manager walked nearly across the length of the floor to find what I was looking for. Am I surprised, no. That is why I shop at Publix!

There was a mixup on the day I wanted the cupcapes for his daycare celebration. They werent as fresh as I expected for $35 cupcakes. Winnie the Pooh decoration was beautiful. Ordered a cake for his actual birthday and it was much fresher.

Great customer service at check out. Well organized. I was freaking out because thought my debit card got stolen but the manager really helpful calm me down. It was embarrassing but turn out great. Keep on good work

Everything was great with the exception of allowing a woman to walk around the market with a bird on her shoulder pooping. All the shoppers noticed the bird and its chirping, but none of the employees seemed to.

I found they were out of many BOGOs today and the deli has been extremely slow these past three weeks. Also the slicers were full of debris and the garbage container was overflowing in the deli dept.
