One person working with a store full of people needing help. He said hed have me in and out since my problem was simple then we sat there for 30 minutes just sitting there while he helped people who came in after us. Hope the next visit is better..

Customer service is lacking. Pushy to sell phones. But you have to call customer service for problems with sold products. They just sell phones. Wont help with issues.
