Brodus Burch helped me Saturday after my nightmare experience with Landon "the red head" at the Boyette store. He was so friendly. He was efficient and promised to pass on my experience to his boss. I was very comfortable working with Brodus and would gladly refer to him or Lance. I will never set foot in the Verizon store on Boyette again. Brodus help me make a perfect transition to my IPhone and was helpful with getting it set up. I love my IPhone and I am very grateful for the professionalism Brodus showed the night I delt with Landon and how he seamlessly helped me the following day. He deserves a promotion. He is the best representation of Verizon I have seen in a long time. I wont worry to go back to him if something happens. He made me feel welcomed. Thank you Brodus for such a wonderful experience! This is the only Verizon store I do business with. Unlike other locations, you will be waited on the minute you walk in the door. I have never had to wait more than 5 minutes for help. I upgraded to a new phone this week and had David as my sales rep. He went out of his way to help me compare different brands of phones to each other and why I would want one as opposed to another. I am all about taking pictures so we went with the best choice for me, which I would have never known but for him taking the time to help me figure this out. He was exceptional but this is the norm at this location for Verizon. I highly recommend this store, even if you have to drive out of the way to do business with them.

Horrible customer service! I have been a happy verizon customer for over ten years, until I was deceived by my sales person Joe Rufo. Beware, Joe Rufo will talk you into the phone with the biggest rebates available and tells you he will file the rebates for you. I dont know if he steals the rebates or gets a bigger commission for not processing them. Either way the management will not return your calls . Im going on 10 months since upgrading and still have not received the rebates promised or a single call back to address my concerns. Do yourself a favor and go to a Verizon corporate store, dont get ripped off by cellular sales in Brandon!

We recently came over to Verizon from being with Sprint for 9 years! The unlimited Plan offer was too good to pass up. Our sales person, Landon, was amazing and so very helpful. He was able to get my husband the phone he really wanted and the phone that I needed. We also got my mother and daughter added on as well! Landon was speedy in the switch (which anytime at a cell store speed is not what you anticipate) and answered questions about our new phones along the way. I love my Moto and my husband loves his Pixel. Thanks again Landon and Verizon!

I recently had my phone swiped on a camp trip. I visited my local Verizon Celluar store to get a replacement phone. Verizon representive Brodus Burch helped me. For one day I left apple family and joined the droid family. I quickly realized that wasnt going to work for my paraticular family. I returned and Brodus willingly helped me the right phone for me. He listened well, served patiently, and was extremely personable. I would highly recommend anyone to visit this Verzion store and if you want a pleasant experience link up with my boy Brodus.

Really good experience at this store. Everyone was really helpful and made the whole process easy and answered all my questions. I used to go to the verizon store located on causeway but always had problems there. It was way too busy and I was normally ignored for a long time before someone helped me. I will be coming to this store from now on instead of the causeway store. Its worth the extra drive.

One of the best Verizon stores I have been too. The staff there was kind and helpful. They all went out of there way to make sure I received the best deal possible when making my purchase. The one worker, David has amazing customer service skills. My privacy settings say "do not send offers" yet I get continuous calls and texts saying "problem with your account no a sales call..." you guessed it .. sales call. Store ignores web site privacy setting and I have texts and phones calls randomly for months. No problem with my account just SALES.

Stay away from this place ordered phones on Sunday said it would be 10 dollars a month per phone. Got there today and was told no it is 18 dollars per phone and the employee that said 10 a month must of been new.then it took 2 hours to get our new phones set up. Will never go back to this place
