The workmanship was fantastic, but the communication was less than stellar. Ubreakifix was one of the 6 stores that I researched online, and then phoned to have the screen on my Samsung Galaxy 4 Active fixed. Their price was reasonable compared to other businesses in my area. Three issues arose when I stopped by to drop off my phone. 1st, they told me it would be $30 more than what I was quoted over the phone. But, they quickly adjusted the price back down, without incident. 2nd issue, they had no Active screens available on-site (that should have been addressed on the phone). Again, they were quick to offer a solution: calling other stores (while I waited). Nothing was available, bringing us to issue # 3. They offered to order the part (now a two day wait, rather than one hour). Two days later, I received a call from them stating that they forgot to order the screen, and now it would be an additional 3 days (it was the weekend). To apologize, they took off more $ from the total cost. Finally, when everything was set, my phone was fixed within the hour of dropping it off. I think all thats need is a bit of customer service training for all employees. Then, their business bottom line would increase due to repeat customers (my daughters cell screen is busted, but Im not sure its worth going back to Ubreakifix), not having to adjust down prices, and some better reviews (word-of-mouth, and online).

Very disappointed. My girlfriend had her note 4 worked on over the weekend, and the experience was not good. She brought in her phone due to a small crack in the screen and was quoted 150 for a repair. We were told it would take approximately 6 hours. After having been quoted 250+ by several other places, this seemed like a good deal. We agreed and left the phone to be repaired. 6 hours we had not received a call as they said we would so we called the store. It was at this point that they informed us the screen replacement didnt go well and they were going to have to do it again, we were advised it would be done at 4pm the next day. So the phone has been there for 2 days after being told 6 hours. When we picked up the phone, we were told that the glue still wasnt dry (which means the screen is still lifted up) and that we could either leave the phone for ANOTHER day, or apply constant pressure down on the scree. for the next day. In addition, we noticed some scratches on the under side of the screen, and were simply told by their rep

The gentleman at this store uphold excellent business practice, customer service, and genuine honesty. I have been there twice, and received excellent service that was not only quick but also informative. Im also witnessed them interacting with another customer, that they could have charged extra money and made a huge profit, but instead gave him other more affordable option and directed him to another provider that could provide that customer with what he needed. They truly go above and beyond to help their customers and are diligent, honest, and overall very polite. Although I live in Wesley Chapel, I will continue to take any of my technology needs to them.

I have had two opportunities with two laptops to try the services at uBreakifix, and both times, the person I spoke with was very knowledgeable, very helpful, and VERY thorough. I could not be happier with their timeliness, their gracious attitude, and even some terrific tips to keep us ahead of the game as not to have any more issues. Im really delighted to have them in my backyard, and can even make appointments online, if necessary.

My IMac needed some repair. JP fixed it we thought,but the same condition returned after a short while of use.I took it back,he rechecked it and discovered the graphics card was bad.They do not warranty graphics cards,so I opted not to have it fixed.I was refunded the original charge for repair which I felt was the best outcome to a lousy situation.Nice people,and honest.I would go back if something else needed repair.

I brought my iPhone 6 in to have the screen repaired and was helped by Bryant. He was professional, fast and thorough. After my screen was fixed I noticed that I had to press harder on the text/emoji. I brought it right back and without and hesitation Bryant fixed it immediately. The price was $109 for just the screen. Thats around the same rate for the places in the mall. Id go back here!

I can not speak highly enough of my recent experience at this store. The friendly staff replaced a broken screen on my Galaxy tablet during the brief time it took me to have lunch at the nearby Chilis. In addition, one of the technicians patiently showed me how to use some of the tablet features with which I was not familiar. I have recommended uBreakIFix to all of my friends.

I called one afternoon about my husbands cracked phone screen and the gentleman made a work order for me, so that the part would be in by the next day. He called the next day at the exact time he told me, I went in and paid a great price, only had to wait an hour. My husband was beyond happy for his fixed phone. This place is great!!!! i swear you will not be disappointed! i called, went there and my ipad was fixed! they were so nice and even put on scooby doo for my kids to watch. seriously loved that place. they were so quick and nice and didnt judge me (because i am NO computer wiz lol! i didnt even know what type of ipad i had!! lol btw i had the ipad2)

Great experience.. Called them to see if they had a Note 4 screen in stock and they told me that they had one and that they would hold it for me.. Went there in my lunch break and dropped off the phone, got some lunch and 45 minutes later when I finished lunch, the phone was ready and like new again!! Thanks a lot!

Both the gentlemen working at the store were very polite when I dropped my items off. They were able to fix my cracked screen quickly and efficiently so Im very happy. Even offered to sell me a screen protector so it didnt happen again. Very happy wth the work that was done!

These guys are awesome. Very courteous and knowledgeable. My iPhone was stuck on the iTunes connect screen. I went to apple and others stores and they said my main board was fried. 350 dollars fix. Ubreakifix restore my phone for 20 dollars. Highly recommend this store.

Love this place! I dropped my Nexus 7 and had the screen replaced by a friend, but it wasnt working properly. They did a free inspection and when they returned my device to me it was working way better than I left it. Its still buggy and slow, but the screen works now.

Repaired my daughters water damaged iphone. It was a free diagnostic and the repairs were reasonable. The phone is working without issues and the customer service was excellent. A well ran operation. I highly recommend if you have an issue with your phone tablet.
