My S6 unexpectedly crashed today. I am on a business account and Lance was our rep. Upon my arrival today, I coincendentally crossed paths with Lance and he is the representative who served me today. He persuauded me to try the LG V20. I kept it for the day and called Lance and explained I think I wanted the Iphone. He was surprised but obliged and said he would be leaving early but anyone in the store could help me. My experience with Lance was long (as expected) but he was helpful. Upon my return at 5:30pm to exchange the phone I caught Lance walking out the door. He directed me to another representative, I didnt catch his name but he seemed unwilling to help me and asked why I would want to change from the best phone in the store. The next hour of my visit I was hounded by statistics and the downgrade I would be making by switching to the Iphone. I left once again not feeling vindicated but felt I was getting nowhere with the young, over confident, unporfessional, loud, demeaning, red headed rep with three kids who would never let his kids play with his phone. I went home spoke with my husband and he encouraged me to go and get the Iphone. Feeling like the bothersome customer, I reluctantly came back and once again met this rep around 8pm. He rudely said, "Lets just get this done I need to serve the guy behind you." I replied, "That is my husband." There wasnt much persuasion this time just alot of legalities. "You are not on the account, reset the phone to factory settings," after i reset the phone to factory settings and all my contacts, he needed a license from one of business owners, who once again, I had to bother at 8:30pm at night. After reinstalling on my settings on the phone to get my contacts, then an error code came up on his computer because Kevin, who I assume is his boss, needed to log out of our business account before he could to do anything. He called Kevin 4 times. Kevin never answered his phone. He spoke with another representative whose name was Bruktus I believe( I apologize for the mispelling) . The red headed rep tried i believe explaining with his back turned to me all the problem i seemed to be causing. The other rep said you still have to do it and you have to help her. After a few mins, he simple said he couldnt help us until tomorrow. He said dont bother coming tomorrow Kevin wont be in tomorrow either. The other rep Bruktus, calmly and professionally, more importantly empathetically came over, and said visit me on the Valrico site tomorrow I will help you there. I thank him so much for his concern and agreed to go there tomorrow. Which i will. I plan on writing a rave review on him on the valrico reviews tomorrow. The red headed rep as I exited door forcefully apologized and said you know believe it or not this pays my bills. I said i know you have three kids to take care of. I left in tears. I have never felt so belittled in my life. Judged or mistreated. This experience was worse than buying a car. Please dont let this rep continue to treat customers like this. I will be speaking at length with the owners on the account to see if I can persuade them to switch companies. If you choose to follow up with me. I would give 0 stars if I could. I took an iPhone into the store on 9/10/16 that wasnt working and was under manufacturer warranty. The young man working looked at the phone and claimed it was bent and thats why it didnt work. There wasnt a bend to be seen or a mark on the phone. It had been taken care of like it was gold. He proceeded to set it on the table and show me that it didnt sit completely flat. OF COURSE NOT! THERES A CAMERA THAT SLIGHTLY PROTRUDES FROM THE SIDE HE LAID IT ON!. He told me he would have to write in his report that it was bent and my manufacturer warranty would not be honored. Thanks a lot you mindless minion. I took it straight to the Apple store where they promptly replaced my phone which DID NOT have a bend and WAS still under warranty. I will never go to one of these knock-off Verizon stores again.

My name is Theresa Miller and I am writing this review to ensure management knows what an outstanding job Chad did in providing great Customer Service at this store. He approached me with a smile and confident that he could help me. He answered all questions and assured me he could and would help me. he was polite and did not use empty words to pretend he knew what he was doing. He was professional knowledgeable, polite and to the pint while maintain his friendly and jovial attitude. This is the first time I have gone into a Verizon Wireless store and had such great service. I have used Verizon for years and usually dread going in with my questions. Thank you Chad for knowing your job and understanding with customer service is about. Theresa Miller

My family & I had a terrible experience at this location. There were two salesmen who were helpful: Ivan & Jesse, but two others (Greg & another man who I did not catch his name since they dont even wear name tags) were EXTREMELY rude, condescending, unapologetic, and unhelpful. Not only did we have to keep our phones there for hours, wait when we came back, but one of the phones is now plagued with some type of virus- random numbers are continually texting obscene messages ever since we left the store. I hardly think thats a coincidence. Save yourself and go to a store where the salesman actually care about costumer service. Never again will I go back and will be sure to spread the word to others.

My wife came home a not happy about not getting the phone she wanted from this store because of one of the rep there who insisted she get the phone he suggested was better that the iPhone, he said to her the iPhone is poorly build and not as great as the Samsung, and she should take home the Samsung for two days then decide, we went back for the third time almost closing time and the same rep, short reddish hair to very talkative and hype, still didnt get the iPhone she wanted because the other Kevin didnt answer his phone after calling him four times to get into his account to rectify my wife issue.

Will never walk into a subcontractor for Verizon again. The information we were given is not what came on the bill. I worked out what I could calling Verizon direct, but they couldnt do anything about the phone or hum pricing this place lied about. The deception and lies they tell you to get you into a contract is shameful. I have been given the final word from their headquarters, you signed the contract theres nothing we can do. I have been a Verizon customer for over a decade and I got taken advantage of, stupid me for not knowing this wasnt a corporate Verizon store.

I have been a Sprint customer for 22 years and switched over to Verizon once Josh L. told me what I have been missing out on for all these years. Josh was so patient with me and made sure I knew exactly what I was signing up for. He also called me a week and a month into switching over to see how I am liking the service and my new phone. This personal touch is something I never got with Sprint. I would highly recommend Verizon and go see Josh L. he goes way above and beyond to help anyone.
